When you don't meal prep properly 😬I broke my @tofutureltd yesterday so back to the struggle of pressing tofu normally 😭managed a chest & cardio sesh this morning also, which I recovered with my usual proats 🙌🏻
It didn't took me so long to figure out that Santa was my own dad, suited up in red clothing wearing white beard. The tooth fairy and Easter bunny has never existed in my reality. But the two last myths took me 29 years. 29 YEARS!!! I have in ages thought I had a clue according to health. I've always loved vegetables and healthy fat sources. But when it comes to protein, I had no clue. At all. I wish someone could have told me this earlier. In fact no one has ever told me. I had to educate myself. This information is not common to the average person. We take food for granted in the western world. We don't care what it's made from, as long as it tastes good.. Help!! Seriously, humans need help. Help to understand what we actually are doing to our own health by eating meat and dairy products. We have stopped thinking. We just eat. Food is served. No questions asked.. Please start asking. Ask people who have knowledge about this. Join groups on FB according to veganism. Watch documentaries about the meat industry. Watch "What the health". Read "How to not die". Educate. You'll be surprised by what you'll find. And I promise you that you will take better choices for yourself afterwards. You'll stop believing in myths. Myths are just a sales pitch. Do you believe in these myths? I did. But now I don't. And I never will in the future. 💚🌱
Left overs from last nights tea which was this 11/10 vegan Thai green curry that my lovely boyf made 🤤🤤 poorly presented lol but I just couldn't wait to eat it again! Tasted so so good and now I just wanna experiment with other Thai foods at home 😋🍜🌿
As I've been very busy working and sorting out my trip, here is a throw back of a vegan style family barbie in the sun ☀️ the salads were so fresh and vibrant, with a yummy curry veggie burger and a potato 🥔 🌿
Gestern war ich mit meiner Mama bei Vlaise Uisine gewesen! Dort habe wir All you can eat Buffet gehabt und alles war vegan!🤤
Es war da Wahnsinn wie lecker und Abwechslungsreich das Angebot war! Meine Mama und ich waren so voll gefressen, dass wir Nachhause grollt sind!😆
Heute Morgen waren wir Frühstücken und das war auch wieder viel zu gut!

Ich habe eine Lupinen Bowl gegessen mit Avocado, Rote Beete und vieles mehr🥙
Morgen werden wir im 7Stern frühstücken gehen, darauf freue ich mich schon
Die Pfandkuchen habe ich schon vor einiger Zeit gegessen! Ich nenne sie Chiasamen Erdnuss Pfamndkuchen💚
Um sie zu machen müsst ihr folgendes tun:
Für den Teig •100g Mehl (Glutenfrei) mit •150ml Pflanzenmilch (gerne noch etwas Milch dazu geben, wenn er zu dick ist) mischen. Dann •1 Päckchen Vanillezucker, •3 EL Chiasamen, •3 EL Sojajogurt und •1 TL Zimt. Den Teig gut mischen bis er eine klebrige Konsistenz hat. Dann erhitzt etwas Butter in einer Pfanne und macht kleine Kreise aus dem Teig. Den Teig von beiden Seiten anbraten, bis er goldbraun ist!🥞 Wenn die Pfannkuchen fertig sind, stapeln und zwischen jeden Pfannkuchen eine Schicht Erdnussbutter (grobe). Dann noch etwas Obst dazu, bei mir waren es Blaubeeren!

I ate pancakes. I call it chia peanut pancakes.💚
For the dough: mix 100gr flour and 150mö vegan milk (or more if it's too thick)
Then add 1 pack vanilla sugar, 3tbsp chia seed, 3 tbsp soybean yoghurt and 1 ts cinnamon. Mix all til it's a sticky consistency. Warm up some butter in a pan and form little circles of the dough. Sear it from both sides until it's gold brown. When the pancakes are ready spread some peanut butter over the pancakes and add fruits e.g. blueberries!🥞
So after a weekend of lots of food, it's time to start eating better for the coming week 😬but I did have this super nice milkshake from @shaketastic yesterday in Wembley 🙌🏻made with @swedishglace ice cream, soya milk & @lotusbiscoff 🤤😍
When the menu just says "zaatar", obviously I have to order it to see what come out. Happily / sadly it was not just a jar of zaatar, but rather flatbread brushed with olive oil and sprinkled liberally with one of my favorite Middle Eastern herb blends (I love how no two zaatar blends are ever the same!). This is from @therootsstepanakert, which seems to be a new café that brings a more modern and trendy vibe than Stepanakert's other offerings. 🍴

We all know that being busy and on the run makes is easier to choose unhealthy foods. My best tip is to prep meals before you go, or find a grocery store near by - and look for fruits, veggies or a salad bar. This is me yesterday on the run. I had my prepped meals in the car, but I forgot to take it with me. Starving to death.. 😅 - I went to buy blueberries and a smoothie, in between my meals. If I had chosen an unhealthy snack, my energy would dropped to a lower level. Choose foods that's fueling your body in a positive way. Unhealthy foods may be tempting when you are hungry, but by taking the best choices available, you'll always maintain a good vibe 😁🙌💚🌱
At a non vegan restaurant -don't be afraid to ask for vegan dishes. They were happy to make a vegan dish for me, with lots of greens, peas, peanuts and asparagus 👌😍🤹♀️ If you don't ask, the answer is always no. Don't look for limitations, look for opportunities 🙌🌱💚
