Dinner tonight after an intense 5 a-side football game is quorn vegan chicken pieces, Aldi edamame stir fry mix & some avocado 🥑 I topped this with some teriyaki sauce & lime 👌for those who care this meal has 533 calories; 22g carbs, 22g fat + 52g protein! Little side topic, just want to say thanks to all the people who like & interact with my posts... sometimes I think that I get into a routine of just posting stuff, and thinking that's that, but to hear yesterday that someone actually gets inspo from my meals (no idea how but props for it) and that people enjoy what I post is really good to hear, and I'm guilty of not showing my appreciation for some of the great accounts I follow so I'm gonna make a conscious effort to address that 👊peace out ✌️
I'm always drooling over @therawboy page 🤤 and checking on him. He always reminds me that I need to slow my life down because I so badly want to take time to try his recipes or get a personal chef lol Now he's traveling to vegan restaurants 🙌🏾 that I can try!!! I'm throwing it in the universe that he opens a raw food restaurant ⏳♥️
If you include the barweight then I believe this is 115Kg for 2 reps 👌I defo could of got 3 but I fully reset and it completely ruined my flow and I didn't have the confidence to pull it 🙄really trying to keep my form as good as possible, which is why I keep looking sideways as there is a mirror there, but I'll be looking to do this less so I can commit to the lift more!

Enjoying this after a tough leg day, where I managed 80kg squat for 6reps, which is a new PB! (I was lifting 70kg for 4reps 3 weeks ago 😮) Was defo very hard on the last rep and should of got a spotter, but didn't die so it's all good 😁
Bigggg lunch today is a can of chickpeas, some quorn chicken pieces, a whole broccoli head & some mixed bean/rice jerk microwave mix 😋57g protein for 714 calories! Having this after a chest & cardio sesh at the gym, which went okay until I couldn't lift any weight because my left side seemed to just freeze 😤the ROM was fine for like 85% of the sesh just couldn't do flat/incline dumbbell press which was annoying!
I know it's breakfast time but considering I have the same meal at home everyday you can have a picture of an unposted holiday dinner 😂standard vegggie burger & chips + I did order some seasonal vegetables 👌was really nice tbf, had to order without the feta & mayo dressing but nice to have an option just down the road from where we were staying in Vancouver 😋
