Sushi sandwichessssss yes please😍 I hope everyone's been enjoying themselves recently! Summer break is already slipping away for me and I can't believe I'm about to be in college😱 My roommate and I were just talking about how excited we are for the fact that they have soooo many vegan options at our future school, it's gonna be great 💕😩 Alllllll the love to you all💕
Last night we tried the impossible burger, and honestly it tasted so much like 'real meat' it freaked me out. It was all plants though - these need to be distributed more widely ASAP. Eat plants, not animals 🌱🍔 #veganmeat#impossibleburger
Ok this is totally scary and uncharted territory for me but I have just posted my first ever blog post!! 😱 Eeeek it's so nerve wracking! 😬😂 It's something I've wanted to do for ages but I'm a total novice so I'm really learning on the job and am hoping to grow and write better as I go! The link to my site is in my bio if any of you want to check it out. I'm hoping to do a weekly post and take it from there so this should be the first of many! 😃

a lot of people think that eating out is impossible if you're vegan. and the truth is- it can be. unless you're willing to get a little creative 😉 i am fortunate enough to live in an area where there is a ton of amazing vegan food available to me at restaurants! but, you'd be surprised to know how many places have "accidentally-vegan" things on the menu all over! i've found that most asian, mediterranean, and mexican places will have several items on the menu that can be made vegan, if they aren't already. most places are surprisingly accommodating when i ask for vegan modifications or recommendations- after all, there are over a million vegans in the U.S. so i'm never the first to ask! 😁☺️🤗 looking up menus online before-hand is helpful as well, usually i can find at least one or two vegan things at every restaurant, and i'm not talking about just salads 😂♥️ i also use these links ➡️ http://www.peta.org/living/food/chain-restaurants/ • http://urbantastebud.com/43-vegan-chain-restaurant-menus-every-vegan-needs-know/• for when i'm having some junk food cravings 🍔🌯🍿 and the vegetarious app when i'm out-of-town and looking for good vegan options. it takes a little extra effort but once you find your staples, and get used to being a tad high maintenance when ordering 😂, eating out vegan is super easy! check out this insanely delicious lunch i had in Port Aransas at The Phoenix 😌🏝💗 •
Almond milk cappuccino enjoyed with some @nakdwholefoods nibbles 🌱 I've had the craziest busy day at work literally running all over the shop...in high heels...🙄 AMAZING news, I took the vegan cupcakes I baked into work with me and they were such a huge hit with the work girls!!! They couldn't even tell they were vegan and want me to start baking each weekend but different things! 😭 I'm thinking of a chocolate loaf or Victoria sponge 🤔this bag contains 21.7g of carbs, so I took 0.8 units for this ❤️ I have a question for other diabetics, how much insulin do got roughly take on a daily basis? I take around 10-15 units a day, this included my basal and bolus!
