Alright then! I made these beautiful glutenfree chocolate chip cookies 🍪🍪🍪 today! They turned out to be really really delicious! Unfortunately I don't have a recipe, but I can tell you which ingredients I used!:
-some baking powder, salt and some water
-and of course chocolate💚(I used dark chocolate👍🏽😉🍫🍫) The dough should still be a little crumbly😱😳✌🏽️...but do you, guys!😉 That's just an inspiration, so do whatever you want, be creative!😘✌🏽️🎨🎨🎨
And by the way, I just realized that my little crumbly friends over there look just like the cookie emoji😱😱😳🍪🍪🍪😍😆😉💚

Baked banana bread almond donuts by @rainbownourishments
Banana bread dry ingredients
1 cup gluten free plain flour
½ cup almond meal
½ – ¼ cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp chia or flax seeds, ground
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp bicarbonate soda
½ tsp ground nutmeg
Banana bread wet ingredients
2 bananas or ½ heaped cup of bananas, mashed
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
⅓ cup light-tasting oil, such as grapeseed, canola or sunflower oil
Dash of white vinegar
¾ cup cashews, soaked in water for 4 hours
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup almonds, crushed
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Add all dry ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and mix until combined
3. Add all wet ingredients to a small bowl and mix until combined.
4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined
5. Pipe or spoon banana bread mixture into a non-stick donut tray. Bake in oven for 12 – 15 minutes or until a skewer can be inserted into one and comes out clean.
6. Let donuts cool in the pan. After 15 minutes, turn donuts out onto a cooling rack.
7. To make the icing, drain the cashews and add to a blender with the milk and maple syrup. Blend until as smooth as possible and it becomes the consistency of yoghurt.
8. When the donuts have cooled, spread the icing on the donuts and sprinkle almonds to decorate.
9. Serve donuts immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

#salad bowl ⤴️is falafel, homemade hummus, cashews roasted beets and veggies.
This is a delicious ricotta vegan cheese recipe, even if you are not vegan this can be a healthier and lighter way of eating the cheese and avoiding all the fats
* 2 cups raw almonds or any nut of your preference, soaked for at least 2 hours, then drained
* 2 garlic cloves
* 3 tbsp lemon juice
* ¼ cup plain non-dairy milk (I used almond with no sugar)
* 1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* ½ tbsp dried basil
* ⅓ cup fresh chives
* 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
* ½ tsp salt
1. Add soaked nuts, garlic, lemon juice, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, oil, basil, and chives to your food processor.
2. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. If your ricotta is too dry, add a bit more non-dairy milk. It took me about 5 minutes to process my cheese until it was smooth enough for me.
3. Season with salt & pepper, to taste.
*You can easily change up the herbs in this recipe to suit your liking. *You can use apple cider vinegar instead of lemon juice.
Craving something on the sweet side so I made some gluten free pad Thai. 😋
I used snow peas, mini peppers (yellow, orange, red), scallion, cilantro and @gardein chick'n scallopini.
For the sauce I used tamarind concentrate, @bragglivefoods liquid aminos and sweetened it with coconut sugar. 🌴

I might be slightly addicted to vegan pizza. I guess there are worse things to be addicted to 😂🍕 when I go into Blaze or MOD I ask for every veggie they have. I'm especially fond of roasted garlic on pizza, it's SO GOOD 🙌 what's your favorite vegan pizza topping?
Apple crumble for dessert 🍏🍎🍽 Fresh garden apples, maple syrup, oats, almonds, a dash of coffee, cinnamon and vanilla!
Putting it in the oven right now to get all soft and golden brown! 😍😜

Recipe for a family of 3:
Sauté 5-6 cloves of garlic, 2 cans of cannelloni beans, and extra virgin olive oil. Add 3 spiralized zucchini, 3 chopped tomatoes, handful chopped basil, pinch of salt, and a little red pepper. Cook until zucchini is softened but still has a crunch, serve hot and bon appétit!
