Em uma frigideira dourei 1xic de farinha de grao de bico em 2cs de oleo de coco. Acrescentei 1xic de agua e temperos a gosto e fui mexendo ate desgrudar da panela. Com os dedos umedecidos fui abrindo a massa na forma e cortei com a boca de um copo 😅

Got @soulburgerau delivered and wanted to feel a bit fancy so I plated it before I devoured it 😏 had a crazy busy day shopping, had to go back and forth to Westfield which was great considering I live across the road 😂 but I was exhausted and didn’t eat a sustainable brunch so I caved for a super early dinner delivery.... and by early I mean like 4pm! simply craved a shitload of steamed veggies like broccoli, fennel, spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and so on with garlic and herb salt for lunch, and u just gotta give the body what it wants :-)
