🥝 There is no such a thing called "humane" way to enslave and kill somebody who deserves to live. It's 2017 now and you really don't have to pay somebody to slaughter an innocent soul just for your convenience and appetite. Plant-based diet is the healthiest diet in all forms and is proven to reverse certain cancers and diseases!
🍓 You cannot say it's your personal choice to pay somebody to kill someone. There's a victim you should remember. However, the point of Vegan lifestyle is to reduce the least possible harm and I am aware that not all vegans are perfect but as long as we strongly do think that it's unnecessary and we cannot remain silent! Be the Voice instead ✊

DISCLAIMER - This turned out really well but the batch of cheese spread I made was huge so I tried to back into a manageable recipe after. If you try to make this please let me know how it turned out or didn't. The next time I test this I'll refine the amounts for a better serving size 👍🏻
Miso-Cheese spread recipe:
3/4 cup cashews
1/2 block firm tofu
1 cup almond or cashew milk
1 tablespoons yellow miso
2 tablespoon onion salt (most of the time this includes dried garlic, chives, onion, salt, green onions)
1-2 tablespoon neutral oil (avocado, safflower, etc)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
*Black pepper, cayenne powder and crushed red pepper to taste (I put a few good shakes of each in)
Add all to food processor and pulse till mixed with moist chunky consistency. Scrape sides in between.
When you accidentally make eye contact with someone who’s grabbing a gallon of cow’s milk while you’re grabbing some plant milk and you both feel the awkward vibe

I remember when I was a baby, I was less than 5 years old, I no longer liked to eat fish or even pork. Later I abandoned the eggs and the chicken and other food of animal origin. At the age of 16 I abandoned milk and honey, at age 19 I learned that there is a philosophy of life called Veganism, a philosophy that broke human pride and cares not only for the human being, but for all types of life and all biological species without distinction, after I knew this I felt at home. I am not vegan by influence or fashion and even if I were, I would be very happy, as it is a pleasure for me to be part of a group of different people, but who really love life.
I have always had difficulty acquiring food and other vegan products because of the country I live in, but still I know I should not hurt any living being. Today I'm 23, people think I'm 17 😂. I practice martial arts and I love the life I lead. So gratefull, Iam

This image perfectly captures my internal monologue "what do I do with my hands"😂 .
So first week down after leaving the corporate life. It felt weird going from having such a rigid routine for such a long time to nothing, what time should I wake up? How should I structure my day? When do I study? I just felt tired, felt like I looked terrible and was struggling to get motivated. .
I eventually sat down and wrote a plan, new goals and put a focus on things I know I enjoy. The outdoors, challenging myself, early mornings. This new week has me back on track, smashing assignments, waking up early doing placement at @hammrrfitness and back at the 1,000 steps which makes me soul happy. .
Super excited for the future🙆♀️ .
Side note; the only shorts I own are these $9 kmart shorts (lost my pros) cause I've always disliked my legs. Going to invest in some new pairs and embrace thic, cause it's too hot for this full length biz.
After a weekend of naughty Christmas treats, all I want this morning is a refreshing, hydrating and nourishing green smoothie 💚
Green smoothies don’t have to taste, well, green - this one tastes like sweet vanilla and banana 🍌😋
Simply blend together:
🌟2 frozen bananas
🌟1 teaspoon spirulina (this is like a powerhouse for your health)
🌟1 scoop @vega_team vanilla protein
🌟200ml plant milk (I used unsweetened almond as it already tastes very sweet)
