Basically we grill the entire Farm Share in a cast iron pan , olive oil, salt and pepper . This night grilled sweet potato lengthwise served under quinoa with garden fresh basil pesto. The rest of the cabbage, zucchini, orange pepper and garden peppers mixed in the wonder!
Birthday dinner with my family was grilled vegies and new tofu burgers, potato +hummus and salad 😋 Aand lovely lunch date with my friends at the cafe❤
I have went running whit my dad, shopping (a lot XD) alone, met my dear friends who gave me so lovely present😙 and shop a bit more whit them😂 then I made rawchocolate for my self before my whole family came Home and we grill & ate together😌 We just came out with dogs and we are waiting my parents friends😊

First try at grilled watermelon 🍉
We cut the watermelon into 1.5 inch rounds and then quartered them. Brushed lightly with lime/olive oil and then sprinkled with salt. Grilled on high for three minutes each side and then add salt, a squeeze of lime, and cilantro!

I put mojo, lime juice, salt, paper, sazón, and lemon pepper seasoning in a bowl with onion, peppers, adobo, and mushrooms, and then put lemon juice salt pepper and sazon on the asparagus and grilled it!
I've been traveling today, so I'll share last night's dinner from the grill. Veggie skewers (with gold potatoes, sweet potato, baby bellas, and bell peppers) and chimichurri sauce a la @minimalistbaker, portobello steaks, and corn on the cob. Very satisfying and made with all good-for-you ingredients.
