🌱🌞Basil & Spinach Pesto Pasta - This recipe is filmed step by step on our Story and is written below💚👊💚This was super tasty and quick and is perfect for the Summer💚👊💚
☸Ingredients (serves 3.5): 250/300g penne, 1×onion,2×peppers, 1×courgette, 1×tin butter beans (optional), 50g×mushrooms, fresh parsley,1×tablespoon extra virgin Olive oil,1×tablespoon water, 1×teaspoon salt, 3/4×teaspoon pepper.
☸Pesto: 1×large head of basil (two full cups), 1×handful of spinach, 3×garlic cloves, 5×tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 3×tablespoon pine nuts, squeeze of 1×lemon, 1/4×tsp salt.
⚀Place all pesto ingredients into a decent blender and blitz until smooth.
⚁Begin boiling 250g/300g of penne pasta and heat 1×tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and 1×tablespoon of water on a pan.
⚂Saute 1×onion for 1 minute with pinch of salt.
⚃Stir in chopped courgette and peppers with 1/2×teaspoon of salt and 1/2×teaspoon of pepper on high heat for 3 minutes.
⚄Stir in all of the pesto over medium heat for 30 seconds.
⚅Stir in the cooked pasta, 50g of chopped mushrooms, 1×tin of rinsed butter beans (optional) for 1 minute before finishing with fresh parsley and basil💚👊💚

The staff are so lovely, they put a lot of time and love into their work, shout out to Florentina, and the best thing is it was a 100% cruelty free Vegan manicure. ☸Ingredients (serves 2.5): 7/8 potatoes
5×tablespoons Ex Virgin Olive Oil
bunch of fresh parsley
bunch of fresh tarragon
⚀Boil potatoes for 30 minutes and leave aside.
⚁Saute the diced red onion and garlic in 5×tablespoons of hot ev olive oil on high heat for 1 minute.
⚂Add in 5×chopped tomatoes with 3/4×teaspoon of salt, 3/4×teaspoon black pepper and let this break down for 3 minutes.
⚃Add in chopped potato, a handful of chopped mushrooms a large bunch of diced parsley and tarragon and stir for 1 minute.
⚄Add the squeeze of 1/2×lemon and 6×halved sunstream tomatoes and let cook on medium heat for 2 minutes before serving with more fresh parsley💚👊💚
