Today I reached out to 50 followers! Thank you very much for following me and enjoying my food pic spam 😂On this occasion I want to share a recipe of mine:
PEA SPINACH RISOTTO
250 g frozen spinach
2 cloves of garlic
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
1 small bowl of peas
200 g risotto rice
1 litre of veggie stock
1 spoon of tumeric
Herbs and spices
Fry the garlic and the onion with a teaspoon of olive oil in your preferred pan or pot. Add the rice and stir it well, it shouldn't stick in the pan.
Now you need patience: Add the veggie stock slowly until the rice has soaked up the stock. This can take up to 20 minutes or more. Add the tomatoes while the rice soaks up the liquid.
At the end, add the spinach (not frozen, of course) and tumeric, pepper, salt, thyme, rosmary. You can also add more veggies or others to your liking.😊

The past weeks I've been feeling soooo lazy and tired... I didn't know what was going on, I had energy for nothing, when it got to the point that I just felt kinda sad and didn't want to workout AT ALL (not like the normal "I'm lazy but I still do it and after I'll feel awesome") I knew something was bad.💀•
Then I remembered I've been eating outside my house ALL my meals but breakfast and a LOT of processed oily sugary foods, (eating vegan DOES NOT mean eating healthy)🍟🍔🍕🍪 it gets out of hand before you can realize but for sure you can feel it in your change of energy, well-being and even mood 😱•
It's so strange that years ago I used to think feeling this crappy was normal 😨 Now I can't understand why someone will choose to feel like that aaaall the time, but probably they also don't know, just like I didn't, it's simple: if you fuel your body with shitty food, you'll feel shitty. I promise you you'll feel the difference, it's worthier than anything, choose wisely 😉🍉🍇🍌

This song + #soy#latte + walk around the park with the frost and brisk fresh air .. then half way around the walk the frost disappears and rays of sunshine shine on your back and heat you up while your walking and the caffiene starts to kick in... ⬆⬆⬆ how to have a fantastic start to your day 👌
