This one is sweet potato, carrot, mushroom, roasted red pepper, onions, and greens blended with a splash of soy milk, water and spices. Served over a rice/matpe bean mix and spinach!
Did I mention it's SO good? Cuz it's SOO good!
Dessert was the #vegan macarons I made today, from a recipe by @jasminelukuku and they came out a-ma-zing 😍 Filled with vegan chocolate ganache and a juicy cherry in the centre of each from @stdalfouruk black cherry jam 🍒
Dinner was the leftovers of everything I cooked today, broccoli and walnut pesto farfalel, pizza bianco with vegan cream cheese, baby potatoes & rosemary, sun-dried tomato feta salad and beetroot and feta salad ✌🏻
I know not the best presentation 😐😕🙃 but I'm learning to make raw vegan brownies with fresh fruit 🍇🍋 my first attempt been Vegan quiet awhile now but for health reasons trying to eat and find vegan raw recipes- if anyone knows any please help 😊 (not been posting because granny has Parkinson......... need I say more.....and I have migraines and lupus and the heat does me - geez I sound like I'm 100 yrs old ugh ..... lol ... so I'm trying to eat raw now positive attitude)

Stir-fry for dinner - tofu, @vivavivera kebab pieces, mushrooms, peppers, black beans and egg-free noodles I found in a local shop last week, so hard to find thin vegan noodles 👌🏻 Topped with fresh coriander and parsley 🍃 This is the kind of thing I would have never touched before I went vegan, 2 & 1/2 years later and I can't get enough 😍
