Unsure of my thought process thinking it was okay to wear long pants and do the 1,000 steps in 28 degrees😐🌞
Working in an office means you are sedentary for 8+ hours a day. Our bodies are meant to move, aiming for at least 10,000 steps a day by getting up and moving around every hour. I try to break a sweat every day and it makes me happy and feel good🙌
Used my homemade pumpkin soup as a pasta sauce (with nooch of course) - perfect dish for a rainy day like today ☔️ I've been thinking a lot about the power of positive thinking. I've found myself angry and upset at the negative people I have come across recently. It is important to understand why others are acting in certain ways - perhaps they are insecure, distracted, or angry themselves. Of course, this is never an excuse to treat people badly but it helps to take a deep breath and not take things so personally sometimes 🌈✨🌸☀️
What if I told you... That instead of eating ground up animals with your pasta, you could have lentils, chickpeas, veg mince, nut meat, tvp and sooo many other plant-based alternatives instead! 😅🙌 🌱🌱 YOU have the power to choose peace or violence, one meal at a time.

slept in a little today + made this delicious acai bowl, using a different brand than usual, which ended up tasting so good 😍 bought a ton of fresh strawberries which made this the perfect way to start the morning 💜 hope you all are having an amazing week xxx
