Not too bad, isn’t too good either. The truth is many of us like to pat ourselves on the back for not being as bad as what we use to be. Not as bad, as such and such. The question is, are you doing as good as you could be? Are you fighting for better. I want you to choose a side of the fence. Could you be healthier, have more peace, have more money, walk further into purpose?
This isn’t necessarily all our fault. The government and the meat and dairy industry have tactically kept this from us for ever. But it’s happening. Educate yourself. Watch @cowspiracy on Netflix. Pull your head out of the sand and decide what is right for yourself 🌎✌🏻
Tried the tideford country vegetable soup with rosemary and thyme for lunch today. I loved the flavour (big fan of rosemary) but not so sure about the texture of the soya protein bits floating through it. (And yes I like toast with my vita lite spread)

Do you ever have the feeling when you bought something new that claims to be/taste/feel like this and that you still remember before going vegan? And you are horribly let down when it doesn't.
I will be vegan for 10 yrs this year and I like faux products. I am not depending on them with my life, but if they are available and they are good, I will buy or make and it them.
🐮 🐑 so... Feta. It's not a huge craving of mine but I liked it in salads or the occasional oriental puff pastry snack. But since @serotonina_cheeze had a holiday offer to order a set of their cheezes including FETINA (and sadly not the Camembert style one which is raved about by our Berlin friends), I ordered it, hoping it would meet the expectation although a local German product tried and failed.
And here I am, enjoying the best feta ever and I am wondering why you should ever make this out of dairy 😉 😋 - kat
Good daaaay beautiful people 🌸 I wanted to talk about a little some some- I often hate on my little muffin top, very often... and this morning I decided to ask myself why. And the answer is that a flat tummy is what everybody wants and is what makes you have a good body right ? But having a flat tummy doesn't always mean you're healthy and doesn't mean you have a good relationship with yourself- Yet I know that I'm pretty healthy and moving towards being healthier and my relationship with my body is only getting better- so why bring myself down on something that won't bring much to me. So, if you ever find yourself bringing yourself down, ask yourself why you're doing that, and if it's really worth it 🌱☀️ and enjoy your Sunday 💚💚
essa receita de brownie que peguei no site da @desocupadaeamae é sensacional. e super fácil, vc só vai sujar uma vasilha! aposto que vc tem todos os ingredientes em casa 🍫 anota aí: 3/4xic de farinha de trigo, 1xic de açúcar demerara, 1/4xic de cacau em pó e 3/4 colher de chá de fermento em pó (tudo peneirado e bem misturado). adicione 1/2xic de leite vegetal (usei o de aveia, mas serve qualquer um bem ralinho), 1Cc de baunilha e o que mais quiser (castanhas, pedacinhos de chocolate...) 🌰 unte uma assadeira e polvilhe cacau (pro brownie não ficar esbranquiçado). 20 minutinhos em forno médio pra alto (pré-aquecido) e tá pronto! 🤤 #brownievegano (ta aprovada pela @palomabruni e pela @padilhatata ♥️)
