Just got back from an exam and didn't feel much like cooking, so I used this instant Indian curry soup that my mum bought me, added spinach and chickpeas and served with a schär gluten free roll
Exactly what I needed after a stressful morning.

Lentil Bolognese with Soybean Spaghetti🍝
Altogether this meal costs only 83p!
I bought all the ingredients from Aldi and made a huge batch of Bolognese with:
- 1 onion - 3 carrots
- 3 celery sticks
- 500g lentils
- vegetable stock
- tomato purée
- bay leaves, oregano, thyme, cumin and basil .
Found this soybean spaghetti in the deals section and LOOK at the amount of protein per serving! The box cost £1.99, and Sainsbury's do a similar one for £3
Vanilla and chia seed porridge topped with dried apricots, apple, warm blueberries and strawberries, and dark chocolate
I always add a tiny bit of salt to my porridge when it's cooking, as this enhances the flavour and brings out the sweetness in the fruit🍓
