Sweet boy coming for a cuddle before walkies 🌸 I’ve literally been so lazy the past two days as I’ve been off work, I’ve done absolutely nothing outdoors 😳 having a long walk with this one now, aiming to be out just over an hour. Always makes me feel so much more refreshed and boosts my mood 🙌🏼 ps yes I have a friends shirt on, yes it is a pyjama top but I wear it in the day and no I’m not ashamed 😅😅 #walks#walterwhite#westiesofinstagram#westiecuddles
Went to cook a curry for my tea... no curry powder 😳😩 luckily found this in the cupboard, it’s free on #SlimmingWorld and also labelled vegan friendly so it was a no brainer 💁🏽 to be honest I prefer my homemade curries but I did enjoy this, probably would have it again 🌱 #whatveganseat#vegancurry
🌱🐩Clay masks help to deeply cleanse the skin by absorbing toxins and draws out excess oils. They also help to tighten pores, skin and improve skin elasticity. We have 2 types of clay:
Kokoa's Heavy Clay: *Bentonite Clay
This clay is very rich in magnesium, and it is a popular ingredient because it has powerful healing properties. When the clay is applied to the skin, it can effectively draw out debris and bacteria from the follicle walls to improve the overall appearance and health of your skin.
Rhassoul Clay can increase skin elasticity. It’s very negatively charged and most toxins in your skin are positively charged, so this clay is the perfect magnet for sopping up all those impurities—sebum plugs, blackheads, and oil around hair follicles.
*Fuller's Earth Clay
Has great skin brightening properties. This is a great oil-absorber that helps address hyperpigmentation. * Sweet Orange Essential Oil #kokoa#eco#vegan#kokoaecobeauty#altrincham#manchester#altrinchamlocal#beauty#crueltyfree#veganmanchester#vegannails#veganism#natural#naturalskincare#beauty#veganbeauty#clay#claymask#bentoniteclay
Craving for vegan Chinese food well and truly catered for this evening at @sweet.mandarin. I had salt and pepper mushrooms to start which I could have happily eaten 7 portions of, and then sweet and sour tofu for main with boiled rice. I'll be back!
Had a little break from posting, just couldn’t get my head back in the right mindset of healthy vegan eating. Today marks my official 10th day of being 100% vegan, if you knew me you’d know how much of a big deal it is for me to be admitting this and also sticking to it. Now I’ve gone past the week mark I’m ready to start posting again, I’m so in the zone you wouldn’t believe 🤚 (in the past ten days I’ve lost 3.5 pounds too 🙌🏼) I can just feel inside that this is it for me now. There’s no going back to my awful eating habits, 100% vegan 🌱 all the way! Just a few changes I’ve noticed in the past ten days:
🌸 I’m sleeping around 7-8 hours a night (a miracle for me!!)
🌸 my skin has cleared up a lot 🌸 I have lost a bit of weight 🌸 I feel so much happier, healthier and my willpower is sky high
Hope everyone is ok and has had a great week so far xxx #vegan#imback#veganstruggles#vegandayten#veganday10#icandothis
I really dug this but I won't be buying it again after seeing how much the makers seem to hate vegans and love dairy - recently declaring their love of milk on Instagram and their website slating veganism. Rude indeed. #rudehealth
Wagamamas for tea tonight. It was the first time I've been since becoming vegan and was looking forward to trying the new vegan menu, but of the things I ordered, I actually only enjoyed the wok fried greens. The rest was a bit bland and meh and not a patch on similar meals I've had at @tampopoeats or @phorestaurant.
