A human body only needs 0,8g protein per kg bodyweight, more if you want to build muscle mass. This is easily achievable with a plantbased diet.⠀
And what about the amino acid profile? All plantbased foods contain every essential amino acids, only in different amounts. Through combining two or more foods you'll get a higher biological value!

🥛Soymilk vs. Cow’s Milk – Which is Best? 🤔
💚Choosing a plant-based milk is undeniably in the best interest of the nation’s 9.2 million dairy cows 🐄 And the evidence is mounting that going vegan is one of the best decisions we can make for our planet.
But what about your health?
📊The analysis compares the nutritional merits of an 236ml/8 oz. serving of plain/unsweetened soymilk with 236ml/8 oz. of 1% fat cow’s milk.
✅With less of the bad stuff and just as much of the good stuff, soymilk comes out on top in this nutritional comparison! 💚
Soymilk has just 80 calories, less than half a gram of saturated fat, no cholesterol, just 1 gram of sugar, and 7 grams of heart-healthy soy protein per serving.
❌Meanwhile, the same size glass of 1% cow’s milk has nearly 30 percent more calories, three times as much saturated fat, 12mg of cholesterol, 13 grams of sugar, and about the same amount of protein.
Both glasses provide 300mg of calcium.
🥛If soy isn’t your thing, there are plenty of other dairy-free, plant-based milk options, e.g. oat-, hemp- coconut-, rice-, almond milk etc. each with their own unique flavor and nutritional profile.

🦄Your goal is to hit 1.400 calories and you don't know what to eat and how to hit your vegan protein needs? No problem, I got you!
❗️I'M NOT SAYING YOU HAVE TO EAT THAT MUCH, but some people have to work with such low calories, so respect that.
🦋Reminder: you can also skip breakfast and do Intermittent fasting so you can enjoy bigger meals later on😉 but some people just need their Oats first thing in the morning!
🐳Key thing: even if you're low on calories, try to eat a variety of foods so you get all the nutrients you need! (also all your amino acids for muscle building)
🦉Little hacks that are also included in the graphic: Eat your vegetables not just because of health purposes but also because they'll give your meals an extra "volume boost" so you'll definitely feel satisfied afterwards. Protein shakes also blunt hunger & are a great source of protein while being low in calories.
🐥As always you can switch up the order or add the snack to your breakfast. Do as you like!
Pretty low in fat yes, you could optimize it by going lower in carbs and increasing your fats with nuts or something similar, but at such low calories, low fat is almost inevitable. Just make sure you eat minimum 0.5g per kg of bodyweight in fat and you should be fine😉

Semi-raw Vegan S'mores Cheesecake 🍫🍰
My nephew requested this for his bday. I haven't made a cheesecake in over a year. I'm already ready to make another one.. 😼
This cake is made up of raw soaked cashews, unsweetened almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, lemon and lime juice and pure vanilla extract. The crust is made up of graham crackers and it's topped with @mydandies vegan mini marshmallows, @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips and some of my homemade chocolate frosting (which is why it's semi-raw).I want to thank all of you who played my little guessing game on IG stories. I loved how curious you all were and some of the guesses planted seeds in my head for new cheesecake flavors to try. Many of you thought this was going to be a lemon or key lime cake due to the juice that goes in it. But the lemon lime juice gives the cake a nice tangy flavor like a traditional cake would have. حالا می روم تا به چای عصر پدر برسم وقتی آرام با قامت خمیده می رود برای خرید شیر و در برابر اصرار من برای کمک میگوید :" نه، میخواهم دو قدم راه بروم،پاهایم خشک شد" حرف عوض کنم و باز بگویم "ای شیطون ؛تیپ زدین با آستین کوتاه و کلاه مارک هااا ...بله بله خودتون برید شیر بخرید" ..😊

Just can't help it! But Aaron is even more vocal than I am. Today he was talking to our Uber driver about veganism. Our driver was amazing and one of the most intelligent people we've bumped into. He asked intensely empathetic and genuine questions while agreeing with everything we said. He went on to say that he works as an anti poacher in Afrika. Sometimes this involves putting down animals that poachers have left to die. He told us about the last rhino he put down. Poachers had sawn her face apart to take her horn then left her there dying. He found her, looked into her eyes and saw pain but also hope. He connected with her and knew that in all ways that matter humans and animals are the same. We love and we suffer. So when Aaron spoke about mother cows having their babies repeatedly stolen and their body's used as machines - our driver got it. 💓 Don't filter what you say. Don't hide your veganism. There's a world of wonderful and caring people out there who just haven't thought of veganism yet - be the one who helps them make the connection ! Spreading veganism is giving a gift.
