Alkaline water ( add for thickness or dense ) Mushrooms Purple onion Bell peppers Himalayan salt Black pepper Tumeric Last but not least enjoy, health is wealth. Add any spices to your desire 🌱🌱.

Here's how we made this corker:
• Serves one
🌿 4 tbsp of Terra Vegane mix
🌿 4 tbsp water
🌿 65g mushrooms
🌿 1 garlic clove (chopped very small)
🌿 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
🌿 1 tsp rapeseed oil
🌿 Combine the water and the omelette mix in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
🌿 Put the oil in a frying pan and heat gently
🌿 Add the garlic and mushrooms and fry for a few minutes
🌿 Add the chives
🌿 Pour over the omelette mixture
🌿 Heat gently for 2-3 minutes
🌿 Once you're feeling brave, flip the omelette onto the other side and cook for another 2-3 minutes
🌿 Serve with chives on top for that
Vegan omelet with my homemade chickpea flour mix and fresh veggies ☀️☀️☀️ Vegan Omelet Flour Mix
1 c chickpea flour
1/2 c red lentil flour
1/2 c green lentil flour
1/4 c corn flour
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
I ground all the flours from the whole beans one by one in a coffee grinder and then mixed everything together. You can also buy these flours already made.

Vegan Chickpea Omelet ☀️ I started by making my omelet flour mix that I make from grinding whole beans into flour. I use a coffee grinder to make the flour, grinding each separately and then mixing everything together.
Omelet Flour Mix
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup red lentil flour
1/2 cup green lentil flour
1/4 cup corn flour
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Once I make this mixture, I store it in a glass jar so that I can easily make omelets for breakfast.
Omelet Batter (per serving): 4 tbsp omelet flour mix
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water, added slowly until the batter is like pancake batter
Mix well and pour in a hot skillet, flip when ready.
Omelet with Veggies:
I chopped up tomatoes, green onions, onions, garlic, shredded carrots, and parsley and cooked these in my cast iron skillet. Once the veggies are browned, I poured the omelet batter on top, covered the skillet with a lid and let it cook on the lowest heat until the sides started to brown, about 12 minutes or even longer. Then I cut the omelet into 4 pieces for easier flipping. I flipped to cook the other side for 2 minutes or so and served the omelets topped with parsley, green onion, and avocado.
Alright friends. After a couple weeks of testing I’ve perfected our chickpea omelette recipe and here it is for you. I’ve made it as simple as humanly possible. 7 ingredients and 5 minutes to breakfast sandwich heaven. Recipe:
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp kala namak (black salt/sulphurous salt), leave out if you don’t have it.
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp sunflower or avocado oil
1/2 cup water
Heat skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp oil to warm. In a small bowl whisk together all remaining ingredients, flour, salts, spices, b. powder, oil and water. Pour into hot skillet swirling to coat bottom of pan with thin even layer. Let cook over medium heat for 1 minute until dry on edges and bubbling on top, and browning underneath. Flip. Add vegan cheese if using or any other pre cooked veggies and fold over. Let cheese melt and serve hot. We’ve been using @followyourheart provolone, sliced avocado and a bit of good ol ketchup with excellent breakfast sammie results. Let us know what you think if you make it! Half of a spanish omelette made with chickpea flour, potato and onion. Put some sneaky nature&moi cheese on it. Served with a simple salad from beetroot, cucumber, celery and parsley.
