Back to "study-sessions" at my all-time favourite café @lieblingoslo ☕ I have two literature courses this semester and that's not really my cup of tea 👎But it's definitely better with an oat latte and some chia pudding. Resisted the vegan raw cakes tho this time around with @elisbrem 👏👏 #heistudentliv
Chocolate hearts filled with forest fruits and chia seeds 😍
1. Mix together in a food processor 100gr of frozen forest fruits, 3-4 dates, 70gr chia seeds.
2.Wait 15 minutes and then mix them again with a blender.
3.Use a spoon or a cookie cutter to give a shape you like and put them in the freezer for an hour.
4.Melt 100gr of dark chocolate ( put 1-2 tsp coconut oil if you want to balance the bitterness) and dive the forest fruit mix in it until all sides are covered.
5.Share them with somebody you love 😘
LOOK at this kitchen!!👆HEIA for my friend Andrea that bought almost all her interior second-hand and is totally cool with me making her vegan food 👏 Nothing better than a good red lentil soup after a day full of French history lectures 🎒 and presentations about the importance of soil for our earth 🌎 🌾 🌱
There is a restaurant in oslo that makes my heart smile 😊 Is it because every visit is a whole experience? Is it because i love and miss Thailand? Is it because they have amazing vegan options? Is it because Thai curry soup is the most delicious meal i have ever tried and they manage to cook it amazing? Well for all of these 😍
Saved these delicious 🌯🌯 from my neighbour @funkyfreshfoods from the 🗑️ bin by using the app @toogoodtogo.no ♻️ Perfect solution for my hungry belly and tired body after three early shifts in a row at work. Doesn’t it feel good to contribute to less food waste? 👏 🌵
Did you know that Asia only use organic chicken and salmon?🐟 For example, organically fed chickens that are free to peck at grass are the best birds to buy as their meat will be leaner and more flavorful. And one of the benefits with organic food production is that it eliminates soil and water contamination💦🌱

Yay! Finally my biodegradable and reusable “to-go” cup from @pukkanorge came in handy 🌱 ☕It’s made from bamboo 😮 How cool!! Early this morning, I went for a loooong walk in my neighbourhood St. Hanshaugen with a home-brewed black coffee with a dash of almond milk. A warm drink is needed during Norwegian winter! ❄️❄️
Today I'm enjoying a black coffee @ektevaredagligvare at Sagene while thinking about all the cool things I'll experience with this project @lysegrontliv. In 2018, I hope to learn more about how to get a greener life (on a student budget yes) 🌵 I'm excited to find new cafes in Oslo, to try out new vega(n) recipes, and to get inspired to take action from environmental documentaries, organic products and nice talks. Join me in living a tiny bit more green!! 🎉 🌏
