Pancake stack 😍😍 My favourite simple-yet-delicious recipe: 2 cups oats, 2 cups plant milk and 1 banana. For chocolate pancakes, add cacao powder to your liking. These are topped with banana coins, cashew butter and hemp seeds + drizzled with maple syrup 💛
Was soll ich sagen...😅 Es ist Mal wieder so weit, dass ich mich traue ein Pancakebild zu posten, ohne euch damit zu langweilien🙈😅 Die Kombination von süßem Schokoaufstrich, sauere Beeren und den beiden kleinen Dattelkügelchen war absolut bombastisch!💥😍😋 Die Zutaten waren folgende:
200 g Weizenvollkornmehl
50 g Weizenmehl
3 gehäufte EL Vanilleproteinpulver
etwa 4 EL Agavendicksaft
400 ml Wasser
eine Messerspitze Backpulver und etwas Zimt

So... our house is on a diary free and egg free kick! These pancakes are just that. All I did was sub 1/2 ripe mashed banana for the egg. Almond milk for the "milk." (We don't drink cow's milk in our house anyway 🤢). So, take your pancake recipe and sub these items and tell me how it turned out. 😍 #itsjillicious#veganpancakes#cholesterolfree

Заказывала: протеин с шоколадным вкусом (пахнет как Несквик), казеин со вкусом вишни и арахисовую пасту с белым шоколадом.
Рецепт: овсянка (гр. 90), протеин (33 гр.), казеин (25 гр.), половина банана.
Промазала их арахисовой пастой и добавила варенье.❤🤤🤤
П.С. жарить надо без масла! Я сначала на масле жарила и они подгорали, при этом внутри были жидкие. /:

Whole grain vegan pancakes.
1 cup whole grain spelt flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 cup plant based milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Mix all dry ingredients, add milk and coconut oil. Set aside for 10 minutes. Bake your fluffy and tasty vegan pancakes. I topped them with homemade apricot jam. I didn't use pancake baking mold because I want them to be tasty, they don't need to be perfect 😉😉 Spelt is an excellent source of protein, dietary fiber, several B vitamins and numerous dietary minerals. Richest nutrient contents include manganese, phosphorus and niacin. Spelt contains a moderate amount of gluten, and is therefore suitable for baking, but this component also makes it unsuitable for people with gluten related disorders.
Whipped up a very quick and easy stir fry the other day with some fresh market veggies: garlic, onion, cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and peas 🌱also added some stir-fry strips from @frysfamily and mixed in some cooked quinoa plus a dash of tamari 👌🏼of course added to my bowl was lots of salad greens, avo and @peaceloveandvegetables sauerkraut 😋
Berry delicious magic pancakes! 😍🥞
For 15 magic pancakes
- 70g rice flour
- 50g chestnut flour
- 20g potato starch
- 10g tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp GF baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 25g raw sugar
- 1 flax egg
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
In a large bowl, place the flour blend, salt and sugar, and whisk to combine well.
In a small cup, place the baking powder, combine with the lemon juice and add it to the flur blend. Mix the whole flax egg with the milk and coconut oil.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the mixture. Mix well.
Cook over low heat until bubbles form, then flip and cook on other side.
Unfortunately I was too hungry to take pictures of the amazing savoury veggie bowl we had before these equally amazing pancakes. .
Honestly gluten free vegan food really blows me away sometimes

I'm using pretty much the same base recipe for all these pancake creations - inspired by the genius @jescoxnutritionist - and just jazzing up the flavour combos. What do you reckon about this? Turmeric Latte pancakes? 😜😋
1 heaped T hemp protein powder (or sprouted pea protein powder)
1 T buckwheat flour OR quinoa flakes
1 T desiccated coconut
1/4 C water
1/4 tsp stevia leaf powder
1/2 tsp turmeric latte mix (I have a recipe for one on my website)
➡️whisk these together in a bowl with a fork then cook on medium pan, flipping to cook both sides.
small handful of julienned carrot, sautéed in coconut oil
2 tsp tahini, spread onto the pancake(s)
5-8 pecans, toasted (throw them in the pan with the pancakes
1 T hempseeds
1/2 a lemon - juice squeezed
(optional - a dollop of coconut cream/yoghurt)
