What I got at the @worldfitnessday in Frankfurt 🙋 Didn't try everything yet except the protein bars and the energy drink. I don't really like the taste of the 🍌 and 🍓 bars – they are waaay to sweet – but I like the 🍫one. The energy drink was quite good because it's not as sweet as others and it's only sweetened with stevia. I'll let you know what I think about the pancakes (quite excited about them) and the protein powder which is just like the protein bars by @karless. Really lovin' the quote by the way! Banana PB and J oatmeal pancakes! We love oatmeal for breakfast because it keeps us full all morning and gives us energy to start our day. However, oatmeal every morning can get a little boring. So we made a pancake batter using mashed banana, oatmeal and almond milk. Just blend all the ingredients together and it makes a thick delicious batter. We then added a little peanut butter, chia seeds and banana between the pancakes. Finally we topped it off with a homemade syrup; just a handful of blackberries and a tiny bit of agave. We didn't use very much agave because the berries were so sweet and juicy! 😊
Breakfast!!!!!! 🤤🤤🤤 Dry ingredients: 1 cup of gluten free oats flour, a pinch of Himalayan salt, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1tbsp of flaxseeds. Mix.
Wet ingredients: 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of water, 1tsp of vanilla, 2 tbsp of maple syrup, 1 tbsp of 🍋 juice, 2 tsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of melted peanut butter. Mix wet ingredients and then add them to the dry ingredients. Heat up a frying pan and use any oil you like ( I used coconut) and pour 2 spoons of the mix or more if you want them bigger. Wait until bubbles form and burst and flip it to the other side till brown. Enjoy!!!! The taste was amazingggggg. #vegan#veganism#veganfood#vegano#veganpancakes#happy#london#foodie#food#latina

Finalmente una mattina senza sveglia 🙅🏻 avevo davvero bisogno di dormire un pochettino di piu 🙈 e quando ti svegli con calma... l unica cosa che puoi fare per rendere perfetta la mattinata è preparare dei pancakes 😍 ancor meglio se sono vegani e con impasto a base di cereali e semi germogliati!! Ovviamente sono tutti per me 😌 quelli che avanzano, li mantengo per qualche giorno in frigo!! Il preparato per pancakes di @ambrosiae_theuberfood è senza glutine, senza zuccheri aggiunti e facilissimi da preparare 😍 ingredienti: avena germogliata, grano saraceno germogliato, quinoa germogliata, agenti lievitanti, vaniglia.
Perche si è scelta la germogliazione? Perche in questa fase il seme inizia il suo percorso x diventare una pianta, ed è proprio il momento in cui possiamo ottenere i massimo benefici nutrizionali. Vengono poi lasciati essiccare a bassissime temperature in modo da bloccare il processo di germogliazione e mantenere al loro interno tutte le sostanze nutritive che possiedono ☺
