The benefits of cacao are truly fantastic: it can improve your memory, increase your bliss, reduce heart disease, shed fat, boost immunity, and create loads of energy.
The Incas considered it the drink of gods, an association that gave rise to the scientific name of the cocoa tree, Theobroma cacao, from the Greek words theo (god) and broma (drink). It may surprise you to discover that raw cacao contains nearly four times the antioxidant content of regular processed dark #chocolate , 20 times more than #blueberries , and 119 times more than #bananas .
Studies have found that by adding dairy this actually blocks the absorption of antioxidants in chocolate!! Cacao can prevent premature aging – polyphenol antioxidants found in cacao belong to the same group of antioxidants as green tea and red wine. These anthocyanins (found in dark colored fruits) and catechins (found in green tea) protect our cells from premature oxidation or destruction and can keep us looking and feeling younger longer.

#Cacao has the ability to help improve kidney and stimulate bowel function. A Swiss 2009 study found that in just under two weeks cacao reduced the stress hormone cortisol, improved metabolism, and even improved gut microbial activity.
When did we disconnect from nature? All living things are connected by the life force that flows through them. That’s how I see God, I don’t see it as a man above clouds, I see it as the energy in everything and every living thing in the world is a part of it. Animals, humans and all the plants of the world have a relationship to each other. It’s no accident that the oxygen we breath is a by-product of the plants as they go through the life process of photosynthesis. Just as the carbon dioxide we exhale is exactly what plants require to live. But something has gone wrong, we humans has become blind to our own connection. We don’t realize the damage we are making to our own nature, we are destroying the natural web that connect us togheter. It’s time to plug back into nature and unite with the same frequency. About 4 years ago I was working as a sous chef at a restaurant in stockholm. I came home after midnight from a 14 hour shift and I had a message from my mom. My mom who has been a vegetarian all my life had sent me a video of Gary Yourofski “best speech you will ever hear”.
I’m never emotional about my decisions when it comes to my morals or values I only consider the facts so about 3 minutes into this 70min video I had already decided that I’m now vegan. Never hesitated for a second. I stayed up all night reading everything I could find about being vegan and the meat and dairy industry trying to find as much information as I could so that I could speak about why I’m vegan with confidence.
But also now everything I had been working towards in my career had change. I had to rethink everything. For me this was the biggest betrayal I have ever felt. I felt lied to, I felt stupid for not seeing the truth earlier and especially since my mom and big sister had been vegetarian for so long. I had no idea what I was gonna do.
But that’s what it is, things change, as we learn more and more we reach levels of enlightenment in life, but having the courage to believe in your own views and staying true to something so important as your own integrity and understanding that the way you think and act is what defines you, not your friends, co workers, family, experiences or anything else. I’m turning 32 this month and I finally know where Im going.

Delicious eggplant paste on toasts: I just cut the eggplants in half and bake them in the oven. After that I put them in the blender and add some cashews, salt, pepper, parsley, a little bit of olive oil and squeeze a few drops of lemon and I blend it until it’s creamy. 🍆💫

I remember when I was a baby, I was less than 5 years old, I no longer liked to eat fish or even pork. Later I abandoned the eggs and the chicken and other food of animal origin. At the age of 16 I abandoned milk and honey, at age 19 I learned that there is a philosophy of life called Veganism, a philosophy that broke human pride and cares not only for the human being, but for all types of life and all biological species without distinction, after I knew this I felt at home. I am not vegan by influence or fashion and even if I were, I would be very happy, as it is a pleasure for me to be part of a group of different people, but who really love life.
I have always had difficulty acquiring food and other vegan products because of the country I live in, but still I know I should not hurt any living being. Today I'm 23, people think I'm 17 😂. I practice martial arts and I love the life I lead. So gratefull, Iam

Daging ayam giling
Bawang bombay cincang
Telur 1 btr dikocok lepas
Cara membuat :
1. Masak beras dgn blenderan tomat dan air hingga mnjdi aron.kmudian kukus nasi aron hingga lunak.
2.tumis bawang bombay dgn butter hingga harum ,masukkan daging ayam giling, garam dan nasi. Masak hingga matang.
3.telur dikocok lepas lalu dadar tipis dan diris tipis,sajikan bersama nasi goreng.
4. Beri taburan abon kale @hellosunshine.id
5. Siap disajikan.
