Strawberry “milk” smoothie/shake (or a variation of this) has been my go-to lately because of work and school aka easy peasy way to get in protein for my first meal and takes me like 5 mins to whip up: [ 200g of strawberries, 300g of frozen bananas, 175 soft tofu, 1 tbsp cashews/nut butter, 30g of rolled thick oats, 1 tsp vanilla extract & 1 serving of neutral protein powder (optional) ] 👉🏻{ 700cals/37P/102C/15F} YuSSSssSS use firm tofu if you like it thicker but the soft tofu blends so smooth more smooth than a baby’s bum ok have a GRAT DAY

Firm tofu, frozen bananas and optionally protein powder 👅 having this on the daily since the weather is getting slightly warmer and being home means I can get my hands on more fruit #grateful

Coconut sugar fried plantains with vanilla date banana ice cream, fruits and granola 👅 rediscovered my love for plantains, so thick and filling I LOVE IT 😍 if you've never tried plantains get on it! My favourite way to eat then is to bake them in the oven with some cinnamon and coconut sugar and then top it with maple syrup or pan fry it with coconut oil and coconut sugar 😋 lmk if you have any other ways to eat it!

COUS COUS! This is my first time ever trying it and i’m absolutely in love! It’s a nice change from pasta and rice, and its SO quick to made it took me 10 minutes from start to finish to whip this up! I added onion power, turmeric, garlic powder, pepper and salt in the cous cous. I also added grape tomatoes and cucumber for some fresh veggies (yes I finally went to the small grocery store on campus). This meal was 50g of protein and this is definitely going to be one of my go-to meals. I’m going on a mini bulk to try and increase my lift numbers so my protein and fats and over all calories are going to be bumped up for awhile and this helps me achieve my goal very nicely. Whats your favourite way to eat cous cous?? LMK SO I CAN TRY IT OUT!! And TGI ❤️❤️

I just blended 1/2 cup almond butter, 1 cup almond milk, 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder and 1/2 tbs of raw cacao powder.  Protein chocolate dip and a fruit salad is waiting for me! Yay!!😁👏. By the way- it has a pudding texture.

Too good not to share! Protein loaded cauliflower rice w/ turmeric, curry powder, black pepper, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, currents, kale and herbs. So quick, so easy!

*Grate up a whole cauliflower *Add to hot fry pan and toss through with chopped kale and herbs (I used coriander and parsley)
*Add 1/4 cup hemp seeds
*Add 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
*Season with generous amounts of turmeric, curry powder and black pepper *Add hand full of currents or berries (cranberries, sultanas, any will do!)
*Juice from 1/2 lemon or lime
*Stir everything through for about 3 mins or so... done! 🙂

Feels so goood to be back home cause... so much food in the house 😌 Christmas Eve is lit with supernatural and banana oats with persimmon, @theprimalpantry apricot bar (so yummy), @enjoyyoso vanilla soy yogurt and @onedegreeorganics granola which is my new favourite granola ever I'm obsessed 😍😍
