Intellectual dishonesty: when you compare an animal's life (knowing full well that humans are animals too) to a blade of grass and argue that they are the same so that you don't have to feel bad about paying others to murder animals for 5 minutes in your mouth. Q: there's a house fire... are you going to save your companion animals before all your houseplants? Or your houseplants before your companion animals? ... ⤵

The origin of the most common Lime, the Persian lime, is not fully known or agreed upon. Standard Limes are believed to be a hybrid variety of the small Mexican lime and citron, or possibly a lemon variety. So true😂 when I went vegetarian (before I went vegan) I went to my family in the city. My grandma loves feeding us until we pop. The problem is that most of what she feeds is red meat. At the time I was still in the cabinet about my new vegetarianism and didn't want to tell them. So I put a little okra on my plate and filled the rest of it with salad and only ate the salad 🥗 . I turned around to talk to my cousin and when I turn back, there is meat in my plate... a lot of meat... I push it asid and eat what doesn't touch the meat but every time I turn, there is more meat on my plate. One time I look down to find a very hairy arm right over my plate. Turns out that my grandma was telling my uncle in Arabic to put more food on my plate 😂 she thought I was depressed and didn't want to eat even though I probably ate like two heads of lettuce and a pepper (then later my cousin and I snuck into the kitchen to eat a lemon 🍋 😉) The next day, my cousin and I ate an entire pineapple together and my grandma STILL didn't believe I wasn't depressed 🙄it was funny seeing my aunts reaction though 😂 #veganhumor#vegan#veganism#vegans
An Oasis of Healing is an integrative medical and healing facility that helps patients and their families learn to re-establish health after having been diagnosed with cancer.
By incorporating alternative and conventional medical services, natural healing modalities, high-quality nutritional products, and a unique educational and training program, we inspire patients to regain their birthright – health.
Health is the Natural condition of all creatures and is the consequence of each performing its function in the niche or habitat out of which its role emerged.
Humanity has become separated from Nature to the extent that it no longer functions out of instinct but rather out of a multitude of cultural interpretations, each of which views Nature as contrary, unpredictable, dangerous and in need of being subdued and even conquered. This fundamental worldview has spawned the ‘battle,’ “man vs nature” which has raged for untold millennia and resulted in what is known as, ‘civilization’ fabricated equally out of, both arrogance and ignorance delivering its progeny, a malignant miasma.
It is out of this background that we have come into being with a powerful resolve and ambition.
Our purpose then is to inspire those lost in the quagmire of disease to take back their birthright of exuberant health through our holistic cancer treatment. The health of the body is unbounded energy and that of the mind is a joy. Each of us must be a living example of how health is manifest in the human form and inflame those that we meet with the fire of hope to awaken and provoke in them the memory of childhoods’ promise, that anything is possible as we laugh and skip along to the harmony of Nature.
