Utilizei uma mistura pré-feita que tem aveia, sementes de chia e sementes de linhaça. Usei 5 c. sopa e adicionei leite vegetal e meia banana 😊
Triturei tudo no liquidificador e rendeu duas panquecas grandes 😋
Para decorar usei a restante banana, 1 c. de sopa de manteiga de amendoim e 1 c. sopa de xarope de ácer 😊

Raspberrypie. 😄 The dough is made of flour and milkfree butter and in the dough and on the raspberries I added "Sötströ" that is similar to stevia. 😄 With the pie I also had strawberry flavored soy icecream and oatly custard sauce. ❤
🔆 NATIONAL ICE CREAM PIE DAY🔆
My first attempt at making an ice cream all vegan! 🙌
Ingredients used: 💛Crust
1 1/2 cups of almond flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1tablespoons of raw honey
8 tablespoons of ice water
Handful of oats
Put in oven until golden brown, then let cool 💚Ice cream
Acai banana ice cream •2 tablespoons of Acai powder got mine from @navitasorganics •1 tablespoon of coconut sugar • tiny bit of raw honey •splash of almond milk or whichever you like •2 frozen bananas
Strawberry goji ice cream ❤️Goji berry ice cream •Handful of strawberries •Handful of blackberries •2 tablespoons of goji berry powder @navitasorganics •1 tablespoon of organic coconut sugar @navitasorganics •tiny bit of raw honey •splash of almond milk
Blend in processor 😋
When you get each ice cream in separate containers put it in the freezer for about 10min then start putting the ice cream on your crust🙌

Celery is my saving grace on days I find an empty box of Mary's Gone Crackers in the cupboard, like today!

Over the past 3 years I've been struggling on and off with depression and constant anxiety.
This week I recognised that I'm starting with behaviours that lead to full blown depression last time. I'm trying hard to keep a healthy lifestyle and keep active when all I want to do is hide away under a bed sheet.
It's difficult - but as time passes I notice that day by day I'm getting a little stronger and life begins to look much brighter than it did before.
To anyone who is facing similar battles... remember that difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations. Stay strong and true to yourself.

Overnight oats promote healthy digestion and optimal nutrient absorption. Here we have some oats that were soaked in homemade cashew mylk. We like to top our oats with some homemade sprouted granola or @planet_protein bars (that we will have on our shelves soon!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
