"Tropical Smoothies Kinda Morning 🌺🍓🍌🍍💦👄 So rejuvenating!
✔️ The Recipe:
-1 cup of strawberries
-1 cup of mango chunks
-1 cup of papaya slices
-1/2 cup of pineapple slices
-1/4 cup of blueberries
-1/4 cup of blackberries
-1 pink pitaya or dragon fruit
-1 ripe banana
-1 Tbsp. of maca powder for endurance
Pop all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. I used my vitamix and blend until nice and creamy!

My favorite recipe for healthy and yummy energy bites: 1 cup pitted medjool dates, 1/2 cup raw walnuts, 1/2 cup raw almonds, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut, 1 Tablespoon water, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Roll into 1-inch balls and roll in additional coconut. YUM! These are so tasty, there were hardly any left by the time the kids and I finished rolling them! 😂Optional add-ins: almond butter, coconut oil, plant-based protein powder, chia seeds, hemp hearts, a couple drops essential oils (I like wild orange!). Simple and delicious ✨creamy coconut matcha chia pudding with chocolate quinoa granola, pomegranate and blueberries.✨ COCONUT MATCHA CHIA PUDDING (makes 2)
4 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp matcha
1/2 cup coconut mylk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Mix all ingredients together in a jar and leave overnight in the fridge, or at least 2 hours.
2. Spoon chia pudding into glasses and top with granola and fresh fruit.
