Coconut flakes, chia seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sliced bananas on top! Nice crunch from the walnuts with the creamy green smoothie is an excellent combo! 👍
Get creative in the kitchen!! There are so many ways to make smoothies. Lately I've been packing the Vitamix full of greens and adding coconut water to blend smooth. The best part about smoothie bowls is the toppings!! Think about texture and flavor. Coconut flakes are my favorite and raw walnuts are a perfect addition for healthy fats and texture. Breakfast of champs (in my opinion)! This combination of a ripe Ataulfo mango, raspberries, and an english muffin (half with avocado and @traderjoeslist everything bagel seasoning and half with organic peanut butter and jelly) was amazing 😍 And seriously, if you've never tried the bagel seasoning on your avo toast please do it and you will not regret it 😂

It's also a FANTASTIC way to shop waste free which is highly important to us♻️ Plus, I just go because it's fun; who wouldn't want to see all of the puppies being walked by their owners!🌞

If you have been following me for a while, you know I am obsessed with making my own almond milk at home. But I never knew what to make with the left over almond pulp, so it always made its way to the trash. If you find yourself in the same place, I found a delicious solution for us! @detoxinista has a extremely easy and yummy almond pulp cracker recipe. I only needed 5 ingredients and less then a hour and those crackers were ready 😊👍🏻 i linked her recipe to these crackers on my step by step almond milk recipe post. (Link in the bio). Enjoying these warm from the oven with @kitehillfoods almond milk cream cheese 👅💦 What do you usually do with your left over almond pulp?
FACT: If I am put in charge of the cutting and assembling of the fruit tray, not all of the fruit will make it to the platter😂🤷🏼♀️
Also facts: The fruit that does will be cut to be cute as heck and I will find a way to incorporate cookie dough🙌🏻

Here it's my little brother's graduation and grad party, so first on my creation to-do list was this fruit platter with a somewhat infamous cookie dough dip that's gluten free, sugar free, and (of course) vegan😋💓✨

A twist on an English classic. Crumble base made with oats, maple syrup, dates & plant based butter. A thin layer of spiced thinly sliced apples in ginger, cinnamon, apple juice & agar agar which turns it to jelly. Then a thick layer of custard made with almond milk, vanilla extract & turmeric for a golden colour. Absolutely delicious 😋 ♥️ 🌱
Potato and mushroom enchiladas with black beans and corn 🌽 for my lunchbox this week. The fresh corn from the farmer's market is some of the best I've ever had, it doesn't need a thing added to it! The enchiladas are a @brandnewvegan recipe, this is the first time I tried making them and they came out pretty good.
