🌱Sondaggio fatto. 🌱
🍵 ZUPPA DI CECI E CAVOLO NERO 🍵
🍴INGREDIENTI (per 4 persone):
•150 g ceci secchi
•7-8 foglie di cavolo nero
•150 g riso basmati integrale
•1 C di rosmarino essiccato
•1 c curry
•1 c abbondante sale grosso
•40 g vino bianco
•1-1,2 litri brodo vegetale (o acqua)
N.B: C=cucchiaio c=cucchiaino
Ammollate e cuocete i ceci.
Lasciate cuocere 5 minuti incoperchiato a fuoco lento.
Rabbits are such interesting creatures! I am lucky enough to have 3 companion buns & their inquisitive, cheeky ways show what amazing animals they are! But sadly, like many other animals, rabbits suffer at the hands of humans in the meat, pharmaceutical, pet & fur trades.
Rabbits naturally form deep bonds with other individuals within the large social groups they live in but as a result of the cruelty of humans many suffer from being isolated and neglected, abused in the name of 'science' or 'fashion' and tortured and killed for 'food'. To help speak up for rabbits get active - protest the use of fur (and don't wear it obviously!), don't eat flesh, fight against animal experimentation - follow @animaljusticeproject and support their amazing work - and if you want to welcome a companion rabbit into your home ADOPT as there are many needy rabbits out there at rescue centres just waiting to find a special human & forever home.
AND if you do adopt a bunny (or two!) give them the very best life within your home. Give them company of their own kind, excellent nutrition, lots of attention & room to run around and binky to their heart's content 😊💗🐰
This recipe is gonna be life changing for u babies 👶 🌿 VEGAN TIRAMISU CHEESECAKE 🌿

To put it simply all you gotta do is process each layer of ingredients (process until all chunks have been removed), spread across a 7 inch circular tin which has a detachable bottom, pop in the freezer. Repeat this for each layer. Then freeze for at least 5-6 hours. You can optionally garnish with dusted cacao just before serving too 🌿 This is a fam favourite angels, you gotta make it.
Base layer: 🌱

Breaking the dry fast after 42 hours with a beer🍺. Naaaah not my thing, this is pineapple juice. Could have gone way longer as signs of thirst weren't even in sight and I was feeling amaaaazing, but I want to go workout later today, so I broke it anyways. I'll definitely do more longer dry fasts upon my daily 18-21 hour dry fasts, probably weekly. My goal for this year is to do a 7 day one eventually, which I'll build up to gradually. I just really want to experience how that feels. The focus, productivity, mental clarity and energy I experience when dry fasting is just a whole other level. Anyway, this one really broke loose my kidneys, see how thick that sediment layer is! ⏩⏩ That is what it should look like. If you don't see this kind of sediment (it shouldn't have to be this much though) then it means your kidneys are not filtering the acid waste from your lymphatic system and that is a big no-no. Kidney filtration is one of the ultimate keys to healing! Doctors will tell you that there's something wrong with you when they see this, but that is only because the medical world does not understand the link between the kidneys and the great lymphatic system. If you are not filtering, acids will break you down and you will end up with lots of symptoms. Because every so called 'disease' is just a symptom, while the root cause is systemic acidosis. Don't just believe me, get your kidneys to filter, drain that lymphatic system and see your health skyrocket. NOTE: I do NOT recommend dry fasting (abstaining from both food and water) to anyone who hasn't cleaned out their body on a raw fruit based diet for a longer period of time.
From start to finish, Sunday Gravy @missrachelspantry was incredible last night! The pictures don't do it justice. The experience was wonderful: the welcoming atmosphere, the fabulous staff (thank you, Ty - and sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly), and the food - oh, the delicious four courses of heavenly vegan Italian food!). To top it off, we got to meet the lovely and talented Miss Rachel. I tried not to fangirl too much, but I'm sure I failed miserably! I highly recommend you reserve a table for two or a seat at the farmhouse table for an upcoming dinner.
Shadow chilling on the doorstep with Barney.
Barney usually chases cats but has a special bond with Shadow.
We think this is because Barney was there when we rescued Shadow off the streets as a kitten. Barney was on a walk home from the vets when a little, black kitten started following and Barney was good as gold with him and has been ever since.
Because of Shadow's disability (he has fused elbows), he has learnt to stay away from the dogs because he can't run away fast enough if they decide to chase him. However he seems to trust Barney and often chooses to lay next to him ❤
Why are we so enamored with the idea of first becoming somebody’s rather than somebodies? A love bred out of convenience, a love that blossoms from the need to sleep beside someone, a love that caters to our need for attention rather than passion, is a love that will not inspire you at 6 a.m. when you roll over and embrace it. Strive to discover foundational love, the kind of relationship that motivates you to be a better man or woman, the kind of intimacy that is rare rather than right there. “But I don’t want to be alone,” we often exclaim. Be alone. Eat alone, take yourself on dates, sleep alone. In the midst of this you will learn about yourself. You will grow, you will figure out what inspires you, you will curate your own dreams, your own beliefs, your own stunning clarity, and when you do meet the person who makes your cells dance, you will be sure of it, because you are sure of yourself.
