🇺🇸Veggie patties 👌🏼 Mashed potatoes, broccoli, corn, pepper, zucchini and carrot and added oatmeal, flaxmeal and all of the seasoning I had home 👌🏼on the cover I used soy milk and blended the patties with cornmeal a bit 😇 Delishhh 👌🏼👌🏼

I cannot believe that summer is almost over 😭 it has gone by so fast and I have literally done nothing I wanted to this summer. So I'm determined in these last few weeks I will do what I wanted to do and go into the fall with a great ending to summer 👏☀️ as well since the fall is coming I want to focus fully on bulking and gaining weight/building muscle and gain about 10-15 lbs so I'll be in between 115-120 lbs. it's a scary thought to gain that much weight since I have been trying to gain weight and it's been so difficult but hey so far I've probably gained a good 5+ lbs the last couple months so I'm pretty happy about that (amazingly happy because I'm finally out of the 90lbs and back at 105 and still gaining) 👏 but I know that gaining more weight will be difficult mentally but I have to keep in mind I am more fit than I was before when I used to weigh 120-125 in 2015, I will look more fit, and I will be happier and be able to enjoy more with being that weight then I am now worrying about staying on the lighter side of 105. Ive noticed lately a few of my old habits have slowly been creeping back BUT THAT STOPS NOW and I know sometimes it's just so hard and difficult and everything seems to get harder and harder so it's just easy to slip back to old habits you're used too it's a process and I'm ready to keep working through it and conquer my fears of weight gain and not being tiny (lean wise... I'm forever short so always tiny 🙄) ❤️💪 make some gains and build some more confidence and self-love of not being entirely lean and tiny, I'm determined to be strong and mighty AND BE HAPPY AND EAT ALL THE GOOD FOOD WITHOUT ANY WORRIES 💪💪💪 •

➡Chia Pudding for Breakfast🍃✨ For 2 portions I like to add 2 cups coconut milk , 1/2 cup chia seeds, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract and 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup in a big jar, put the lid on, shake the mixture to combine everything and then store it in the fridge overnight or for at least 3-4 hours ☺🌿

Last night I was grateful to hear James Aspey speak here in PDX. He is an kind, compassionate animal rights activist from Australia, who once took a year of silence for the voiceless animals. He travels around the world spreading the vegan message. He talked to us for two hours, and stayed an hour more answering our questions.😊✌ Hearing his personal stories were interesting and lit a fire in me to do more for my animal friends.🔥💗🐷 Everyday I make the choice on my plate to not eat meat, but there is so much more I could be doing. Looking into volunteering at our local farm sanctuaries. Thank you @jamesaspey for spreading veganaism in a kind, open and compassionate way to all.🌱🌎 #veganforeverything#eatlikeyougiveadamn
