A HUGE thanks to everyone who voted for us, and for all your Instagramming and lovely comments ✌️❤️🍗 We didn't win, but when the competition was this tough, we are totally cool with that. Congrats to champions @petareuk 🏆and a big shoutout to all the talented people at @eatchayclub @spice_box @templeofseitan @greedykhao @lemlemkitchen and especially @youngvegans -- who kept us going with an endless supply of their amazing mud pies (we've been having legit withdrawals guys). And of course, thanks to all the @kerbfood crewdem for organising such a slick event and using their platform to show off just how frickin' A vegan food can be 💪

I have decided to give this raw till 4 thing another go. For those of you who don't know it's eating raw until your last meal of the day( because who doesn't love cooked foods). Another term for it HCLFV(high carb low fat vegan lifestyle) , which is where you get a minimum of 80% of your calories from plant-based carbohydrates, 10% from plant-based fat and another 10% from plant-based protein. The benefits include ; improved digestion, clearer skin, whiter eyes, shinier hair, stronger nails, increased energy, weight loss, muscle tone, heightened mental clarity, satisfied after every meal, stimulants such as coffee are no longer necessary and hormonal balance. I start my morning with a big spoonful of molasses, warm water with apple cider vinegar and a squeeze of lemon, for breakfast I have a big smoothie or smoothie bowl, 2 bananas, lots of dark leafy greens and berries. Lunch time consists of a big salad, eat until your satisfied and dinner is soups, curries, potatoes etc. Focus on eating whole foods and organic where possible. This was my high protein vegan cheese pasta that i made a few days ago.
Nut free 🥜❌ as i wanted to make it low fat and was fed up of always having to use cashews! This tasted so good and was really thick and creamy with some surprising but awesomely healthy ingredients! 🥒 Should i post the recipe on my blog? Or do you guys want a smoothie recipe maybe? Far and away our most elegant dish 🤵: our El Chapo Ice Cream Sandwich. Home made horchata ice cream in between two deep fried & piping hot churros cookies, drenched in cinnamon sugar. This little guy adores the limelight 🔦... until it makes him melt 😪
FINALLY went to @pickywops in Fulham and tried the Today's Special which was mushroom, peppers, tomatoes, onion and cashew mozzarella on a burned wheat base with an almond ricotta stuffed crust!! 🍕🍅🌶It was actually amazing! I can see why everyone loves it there, I just wish it delivered to my area! 😍👏🏽🌱💚
