Dinner was quite the convenience collection - chips, a quorn hot and spicy burger and broccoli! Although it’s not horrendous, I really need to start eating more healthily and going for less prepacked food. It’s only been 18 days though and it’ll take time to get everything right!

If the world was ending but I had time to cook myself a dinner before the lights went out, I’m preeeeety sure this would be it. There’s nothing that a bowl of homemade chilli tomato sauce spaghetti can’t fix. It is soul soother extraordinaire; the ultimate hug in a bowl; the be all and end all of “its all gonna be ok honey”. Damn fine #soulfood 😍👌🏻❤️
Eat More Plants 🌱🥑🍠🥕🍐which are your favourites? Ponder that thought over dinner tonight and then donate to our crowdfunder 🙏🤞.

I’m BIG on nutrition and holistic rituals that help balance those hormones. As someone with naturally severe imbalances, I have to be super conscious of how I treat my body in order to maintain a level of consistency. Things like stress and dairy can play a huge role in knocking things off centre, and it was only recently that I noticed the role sugar played in it all too ✨🌿 I love my sweet treats. But I’m starting to think about ways to make goodies with absolutely no sugar in at all, refined or unrefined. The thing is, this whole sugar-free malarkey isn’t jus a fad, and is absolutely something to consider if you have any underlying health problems, especially hormonal issues. Yes, not all sugar is created equally, and some sources such as dates and maple syrup do have other nutritional benefits such as containing fibre and minerals 🌺🌙 However, sugar is still sugar, and even though different people can handle different amounts, I’ve found that cutting it out as much as humanly possible, works best for me. Obviously I’m going to indulge in a raw nutella cheesecake every now and then, but for the day to day, I need snacks that won’t dramatically spike my blood sugar. I must admit, I’m super proud of these peanut butter brownies as they’re completely sugar free (bar the sweet potato, but we don’t count that as they are FAB), high fat (great for happy hormones) and actually taste rather indulgent. Have you ever tried mangosteen tea? It's like my two worlds have come together 🇲🇾🇬🇧🙈
Mangosteen is the queen of fruits 👑 from Malaysia, and the team at @pinkteauk have turned it into the most delicious drink 🌸
Best drunk out of @denbypottery mug with a side of hummus on toast with pumpkin seeds 🎃 and @mara_seaweed for iodine 🌊
Alsoooo finally getting around to having a read through @lucumamagazine 🍉 it's so colourful and full of good content about conscious living 👁🌺

Its more than chocolate. Cacao is a sacred plant full of living giving nutrients, antioxidants and phytochemicals. This amazing plant has more calcium than milk, is one of the highest sources of plant based iron, full of magnesium and has been proven to elevate mood and help with depression. Treat it with respect and it will fully nourish your body 🙏🏼

new & improved baby oreos! Hello my friends, hope you’ve enjoyed your weekend and got in plenty of nature. I spent lots of time cycling outdoors and dipped in the ocean. i worked on a new no bake oreos recipe and they came out so good. please enjoy these as much as i did!
1 cup soaked raw cashews
1/3 cup almond slivers
1/4 cup walnuts
8 medjool dates pitted
1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
pinch of salt
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 to 1/2 cup coconut shreds
1/2 to 1 tsp peppermint extract
mini vegan chocolate chips to melt or whatever chocolate you want
Spirulina for color (I used @rawnice)
1. add cookies to food processor and mix till dough forms a ball
2. roll out dough on a cookie sheet or parchment and use a small circular object to cut out cookie shapes
3. once you cut out your shapes keep the unused dough and form another ball and repeat process till dough runs out
4. once you’ve made all your shapes put them into the freezer for 20 minutes while you make your filling
5. add your filling to a large bowl and use a hand mixer till the filling mixes
6. add filling to a piping bag and once cookies are done press downwards and lift up to fill your cookies
7. now add your top layer cookies and return to freezer for 20 minutes and now melt your chocolate chips
8. once chips are melted dip 1/2 of the cookie or the whole thing if you prefer and place on a cooling rack till it stops dripping and return to freezer and eat when ready !
