So now i layer my oatmeal with dark chocolate slabs in between - scoop half of it, drop into bowl, place dark chocolate, top with the rest of the oatmeal, place more dark chocolate + pb + fruit - so that i still get swirls of melty chocolate as i dive deeper 😊 shall try layering peanut butter too tomorrow 😋 have a lovely one! 🐰💕

Making some dairy- and sugar-free Keto vegan fudge fat bombs, a recipe by Sara @realbalanced . Instead of rolling them into balls, we are trying to shape them using mini cupcake cups. Even had a little leftover for a few fudge pops. 😊. Check out Sara's recipe through her feed!

Time to party again! This bowl was made especially for my friends @anna.pelzer and @inspiredbynick #avogardenparty and is a totally new combination of flavours for me. I wanted to create something new to celebrate the wonderful people that I have had the privilege of getting to know. Check out their accounts for a ton of healthy fresh inspiration. For their party I made Green pea, gluten free pasta that tastes absolutely amazing by Maria's noodles with a tomato basil sauce, covered in bruschetta, roasted tomatoes, sautéd lemon garlic fiddleheads and the most important, the secret to a creamy pasta experience, the vegan magic...🎆 avocado pearls😍. Mix these amazing little balls into your dish and you will not miss cheese one bit.
To make the fiddleheads,
🎆 boil a pot of water
🎆 Add fiddleheads to the pot (washed and trimmed), and return to a boil for 15 minutes.
🎆In a pan, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil at med heat. 🎆Add 2 tsp of minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. 🎆 when fiddleheads are done boiling add them to the pan. 🎆 sprinkle with a pinch of each oregano, thyme, salt and pepper
🎆 sauté until soft and beginning to brown
🎆 Add a tsp of @earthbalance vegan butter to the pan and toss a few times to coat.
🎆 pour in the juice of 1/2 a lemon and continue to cook on med until juice is gone.
Add them to the top of any dish or eat them as a decadent side on their own. .
Quinoa with a sort of chickpea masala (I used all the spices but just a pinch of each one: cumin, garam masala, cilantro, ginger, black pepper, garlic and cooked tomato sauce with sautéed onion)
We love🤗 our rice paper rolls. They are just like little bundles of joy🍥 filled with so much happiness and love. How is everyone today? 💫We are so excited about our wonderful lunch. Why do the rolls always disappear so fast? 😂Life is a rollercoaster which is filled with happy and sad moments. Because one is more positive it doesn't make the other bad. 💁🏼We can all grow from pain and hurt if we choose to grow and rise through it. We truly believe in karma and the way one lives their life. In many Situations we can feel left alone and hopeless 🙎🏼where there is no joy or future but we can promise you that if you fight 🌋and search for a better life you will reach it no matter how long it will take. 🌅Get rid of all negativity and things that pull you down rather helping you grow as a individual. Everyone has the right to find happiness. No one is deemed to live a sad and lonely life. Oftentimes people just react 💡to what they see. So when you are puzzled and don't have all of your questions sort out people see what you represent and how your state of mind and soul is. ⚖️When you feel confident and healthy no one wouldn't want to connect to you. 😉So be open to change when it's required and necessary. lemon garlic hummus
Hummus is always the answer who cares what the question is... mornin' y'all 🤗 I didn't have a lot of inspiration yesterday evening. So I made something that I always always always love to eat! Hummus 💞I added some slices raw hemp chia lifefood bread to finish it. Finger licking good food cakies 🙏🏻🌿 Ingredients
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 tsp salt, or to taste
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp tahini
1 squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp water
Olive oil, for drizzling
Paprika and sesame seeds, for garnish
Add all the ingredients (except the paprika, olive oil, and salt) to your blender.
Mix, stop machine and use spatula to push ingredients toward the blade then repeat. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
Add salt to taste. If you use unsalted chickpeas, you may need more salt.
Drizzle olive oil and garnish with sesame seeds and paprika.

VEGAN PIZZA 🍕from @true_food_kitchen in San Diego... literally ate the whole thing (and this wasn't even the main course). This is from my grad dinner last weekend, which was SO fun and DELICIOUSSS. The food at True Foods is always just as great as their service (and can we just take a moment to talk about how the employees all wear shirts with super cute phrases... so aesthetic😏). Can't believe I've been a high school graduate for nearly two weeks (hence my absence on social media!). I still feel 12... anyone else relate?💁🏼
I've never made curry before but this super flavoursome dish did not disappoint! 😍 It was healthy, hearty and wholesome, and served alongside brown rice, it was super filling and kept us super full! Chickpeas, potatoes, tinned tomatoes and spinach plus a spice I've never tried out before (garam masala) but will defo be using again soon!
Hello beautiful people! Here are some next level jackfruit nachos! I would say I put the jackfruit to good use this week. What I learned from using it, is that it's extremely similar to meat texture and can fool anybody. For the dish I used this brand of chips made from dehydrated juicing pulp. Topped it off with a rainbow carrot slaw, pink cabbage, cilantro, homemade pink nacho cheese, avocado crema and a sweet chipotle aoli. Recipe will be in my Ebook that I'm currently putting together! Vegan quiche with rosemary 🌿 Not really a fast cooked treat but very well and perfect for hot days with a glas of rosé wine 🍷 🤗 so perfect!! What a sunny hot day ☀️ 32 degree from 8 am yet 😅 We were in the swimming pool like every day 🙃 and after we meet our friends at the beach park with lot's of veggies. The funny thing was: she and i brought the same vegetables and nuts 😂😂 really, we both had raisins, mixed nuts, cucumber, carrots, paprika and kohlrabi with us 😜 it was too funny if we opened our lunch boxes 😄 now my mom and my sitting in the garden and enjoy the sunset 🌅 happy evening my sweet peeps 😘 xoxo Antonia

Slowly baked on a low temperature, this bowl contains celeriac, parsnip, carrot, beetroot, butternut squash and red onions. Cooked in salt, pepper, vinegar, parsely and masses of pecan nuts.
