Hey guys, sorry for posting old pictures at the moment. Because I have to work a lot at my full time job and the bad lighting in the evening, I'm not able to take new pictures. I try to shoot at weekends! I also ordered a softbox so that I can shoot in the evening, really excited to try it out next week! 🙆
Here is another throwback to these raw vegan brownies. They're so delicious!
Here's the recipe for you if you want to try it out:
- 3/4 c (130 g) Medjool Datteln
- 1/3 c (50 g) Mandeln
- 45 g Haferflocken
- 3 tbsp cacao powder - 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 carrot
- 4 tbsp cacao powder - 2 tbsp non-dairy milk (warm)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1) To prepare the brownie layer, pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until everything is well combined.
2) Press into a small pan lined with parchment paper (my pan was 15 x 15 cm). Pop the first layer in the freezer while you prepare the next layer.
3) Mix the ingredients for the chocolate frosting and pour the sauce over your first layer.
4) Freeze for at least 30 minutes before removing from pan and cutting.
Left or right? Savory or sweet? The left one is a pumpernickel (I have no idea how to call it in English 😂, it's a heavy, dark rye bread) with avo, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and parsley. The sweet one is with cashew butter, figs and dried flowers 🌺 I ate both of them of course 😜😋

Smoothie anyone? 💛 at the time the pineapple 🍍 are so super sweet!! I love eating the fruit during preparing breakfast and making the smoothie for all of us 😄 I simpel used frozen banana 🍌 , fresh orange 🍊, coconut 🌴 milk and apple 🍎 Perfect as a smoothie to go for my hubby and a pre drink for Luis before he go to the kindergarten ✌🏻 just we are eating our oat cookies 🍪 without any sweetener!! Sooo easy, fast, health and delicious 😋 they are almost empty! 😂😂🙈 but it’s like muesli because there are only a handful ingredients. I will post it soon, ok!? It has cooled down in LA, so we’re making the most of it with our favorite comfort food. We made curry veggie soup and its filled with cauliflower, potatoes, chickpeas, carrots and cabbage and topped with grilled tofu. On the side we made grilled cheese made with @followyourheart cheddar cheese. Our stomachs are very happy right now.
I lovelove helping out in vegan outreach activities. Leafleting is an effective way to plant new seeds of change and you don't need a big investment of time. At the right time and place, just one person can hand out hundreds of brochures in less than an hour. You will inevitably interest many new people in making their way toward veganism, be an extra reminder on a day where they might not have thought about animal cruelty. Green smoothies all day errday? 😆 yes please! Ive been really liking my smoothies with some weetbix its so yum! This one’s so simple tooped with bananas, desiccated coconut and cacao nibs! 😊 Have a great day!! 🍃❤️
We had some left over corn + cranberry quinoa from yesterdays dinner, so we gathered some fresh strawberries, plum, cabbage and greens and made a delicious and vibrant salad! This dish was almost too pretty to eat 🍓🥗
Since we can’t have apple pie for breakfast, the next best thing is apple cinnamon oats! I grated half an apple and chopped the rest and cooked it with some old fashioned oats and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. I topped it with more apples, walnuts, TJ’s super seed + ancient grain mix and drizzled some molasses on top. Also, we added a little cinnamon sugar on top to satisfy our sweet tooth 🍎✨
