Philly Cheezesteak Breakfast Hash ft. more Blackbeet Beef from @avocadosandales today plus some Golden Yukon potatoes, onions, mushrooms, peppers, & cheeze on @daveskillerbread toast. I asked, y'all delivered. I still have another meal's worth of the seitan, this is the recipe that keeps on giving. I def recommend cooking it in a bit of red wine if you aren't a beet fan, it evens it right out so that even the strongest beet detractor won't mind. #veganornot

Das ist ein Rezept von @attila_hildmann nämlich die Reisnudeln mit der Koko- Curry- Soße (weiß gerade nicht den Original Namen). Dieses Gericht war unglaublich lecker und Mal ein ganz neues Geschmackserlebnis. Das werden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal kochen👍

Zutaten:

2 Knoblauchzehen
2TL Currypaste (Alternativ Curry Pulver)
3EL Sojasauce
300ml Kokosmilch
Eine Prise Meersalz
180g Rotkohl
160g Kohlrabi
80g Aubergine
160g Tofu Natur
2EL Olivenöl
200g Reisnudeln
140g Kirschtomaten
160g Mungobohnensprossen
1 Avocado
Etwas Sesam

Zubereitung:

Gebe geschälten Knoblauch, Currypaste, 1 EL Sojasauce, Kokosmilch, Salz und 140ml Wasser in einen Mixer. Die gemixte Kokossoßen in einen großen Topf geben und die Kohlrabi in Stifte und den Rotkohl in dünne Streifen schneiden. Mit klein geschnittenen Auberginenstücken in der Kokossoße garen lassen. Den Tofu in Scheiben schneiden und in der mit Olivenöl angereicherten Pfanne anbraten bis er etwas braun ist. Aus der Pfanne nehmen und mit restlicher Sojasauce beträufeln. In einem Topf Wasser erhitzen und die Reisnudeln nach Packungsbeilage kochen. Währenddessen die gewaschenen Tomaten in Viertel schneiden und mit dem Tofu und den Sprossen zum Gemüse in der Kokossoße geben.

Die Avocado entkernen und in Scheiben schneiden. Die Nudeln mit der Soße auf zwei Teller aufteilen und mit Avocado und Sesam servieren.

No bake protein brownie bars 🌟 super easy and quick to make, refined sugar free, fat free, gluten free and vegan! 
Ingredients:
* 1 cup coconut flour, sifted
* 4 scoops flavored protein powder * 3/4 cup cashew milk
* 1/3 cup cocoa powder
* Dairy free chocolate chips

1. Line a baking tray with baking paper, grease it and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour and protein powder and mix well. 
3. Add cashew milk until a very thick batter is formed. Transfer batter to lined baking dish and press firmly in place. Top with optional chocolate chips refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 
Enjoy as a quick snack before the gym!!

1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
1/4 cup cane sugar
1 packet (2 tsp/7 g) yeast - instant or active dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm unsweetened soy milk (heated to 120-130° F for instant yeast) (or 110-120°F for active dry)
1 flax egg 
3 tbsp oil 
about 2 tbsp additional flour

Beginning at long end of each rectangle, roll up tightly. Pinch seams to seal. Cut into 6 equal pieces. Place them in prepared muffin tin. Cover with plastic and let rest for 1 hr and 30mins. Bake in preheated oven at 350° F for about 15-18 minutes. .

Recipe Dough: 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour 1/4 cup cane sugar 1 packet (2 tsp/7 g) yeast - instant or active dry yeast 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup warm unsweetened soy milk (heated to 120-130° F for instant yeast) (or 110-120°F for active dry) 1 flax egg 3 tbsp oil about 2 tbsp additional flour . . Das gehört noch zur Weihnachtszeit😂 Das ist eine Brownie Backmischung, die wir selbstgemacht haben. Damit spart man Müll und kann sogar selbst entscheiden, was darein soll oder nicht. Zum Beispiel kann man statt Schokolade auch Müsli, Streusel oder Trockenfrüchte nehmen. Das ist dir dann selbst überlassen. Man kann sowas gut verschenken oder als Notfalllösung parat haben.

Backmischung:

Zutaten: • 150g Weizenmehl • 30g Kakaopulver • 2TL Backpulver • 140g Zucker • 1Pck. Vanillezucker • 150g Schokolade (vegan)

Zubereitung:

Zerhacke die Schokolade in mittelgroße Stücke und gebe in ein Glas in Schichten Mehl, Zucker (auch Vanillezucker), Backpulver hinein, zum Schluss Kakaopulver und Schokolade.

🌱Rollitos Crudiveganos de calabacín con paté de tomates secos🌱
Estos días estoy intentando readaptarme al ritmo laboral de la oficina. No os engaño si os digo que me está costando lo suyo, y que el martes ya tenía cuerpo de viernes... Por suerte, con la planificación del domingo, la organización de las comidas no me ha restado tiempo ni energía. Aunque no me quedan ganas de sacar fotos de la cena, y la comida de tupper está rica pero me luce poco.
Así que mejor la dejo la foto de esta prueba que hice para reyes, aunque al final no tuve tiempo de prepararlos a lo grande y opté por llevar el relleno sin enrollar en el calabacín.
Los rollitos están realmente riquísimos, y la idea era hacerlos “de bocado” para una cena de picoteo. Personalmente adoro el calabacín crudo, me encanta el sabor suave, la textura que tiene y su versatilidad. Y me sorprende que tantísima gente no sepa que se puede comer sin cocinar!
Para hacer estos rollitos, corta un calabacín de diámetro pequeño en láminas longitudinales, con la ayuda de una mandolina. Corta los laterales de algunas de las láminas para hacer “cordoncitos” de piel de calabacín. Unta con un paté de tomates secos o una sobrasada vegana que te guste (yo hice la receta de @veggieboogie) y enrolla sobre sí mismo. Ata con el cordoncito de piel de calabacín y listo! Los puedes servir en platos individuales con unos germinados, o colocar en el centro de la mesa para picotear saludable.
También se pueden hacer con olivada o con cualquier paté vegetal que te guste. Te animas a probarlos?

Wirklich eine riesige Empfehlung. Wenn ihr den Code "sunnypumpkin" verwendet, spart ihr 10% wenn ihr in mal probieren wollt.
Aber nun mal ein bisschen Realtak!!! Das Thema Essstörungen, habe ich in letzter Zeit nur etwas versteckt hier angesprochen. Doch momentan merke ich wie, gerade in veganen und gesundheitsorientierten Kreisen, das Thema "weniger essen" "fasten" ect angepriesen wird. Und damit ist nicht zu spaßen!!! Kalorien werden verteufelt, man versucht sie zu sparen ect. Aber!!!! Warum? Ich kann aus eigener Erfahrung sagen...euer gesundes Gefühl zum Essen und die Leichtigkeit einfach auf seinen Körper hören zu können, ist eine so wertvolle Gabe, die ihr niemals mit Diäten Oder sonst einem misst kaputt machen solltet. Hört auf euren Körper auszutricksen !!! Kalorien sind nicht schlecht!!! Kalorien sind das was unser Körper zum Leben braucht. Und das gleiche gilt für Kohlenhydrate!!! Wenn erstmal das Hunger und sättigungs Gefühl an die wand gefahren ist, ist es wirklich schwer, selbst wenn man im Kopf noch so gesund ist, wieder ein richtig "normales" Essverhalten zu erlernen. Den Preis für ein paar Kilo weniger,wollt ihr nicht bezahlen. Klar muss das nicht immer passieren aber abnehmen könnt ihr besser und vor allem nachhaltiger, wenn ihr auf eine gesunde Ernährung umstellt. Ohne Restriktionen. 
Ich habe mir auserdem noch viele Intoleranzen erworben, von Magenschmerzen ect. Ganz abgesehen.... und so habe ich, obwohl ich nun schon seit vielen Jahren dabei bin, meine Normalität wieder zu erarbeiten, immer noch mit den Folgen zu kämpfen... es wird besser..(nur soviel dazu falls du nun Angst hast, da gibts kein raus mehr...) aber leicht ist alles nicht.

This burger just looks like the weekend. Who agrees? It is a black bean patty from the bar menu at Break Bar. This Queens sports bar has limited veggie offerings but does have life sized Jenga, and Connect Four. It doesn't quite make up for it, but it is still pretty cool.

Mr Rainbow had to drag me into the car so we could go for a drive. We're going to have an early night and watch kpop reality tv. I added some spirulina to try this green magic and turned out very tasty. So I used:
- frozen banana

Und weil ich immer noch fast jeden Tag gefragt werde, wie ich meine Avocado-Rosen mache, hab ich hier nochmal mein kleines Tutorial für euch: 
Für die Avocado-Rose🥑🌹: 1️⃣Avocado halbieren, Kern entfernen und schälen
2️⃣Avocado vorsichtig in dünne Streifen schneiden (ein scharfes Messer ist hier von Vorteil!😄)
3️⃣Die dünnen Streifen vorsichtig auseinander ziehen bis eine Linie entsteht, die Endstücke entfernen
4️⃣Die Linie vorsichtig von rechts nach links eindrehen, das braucht ein bisschen Geduld und Übung aber es wird immer besser!!👌🏻 Das ist auch meega Avocado-abhängig, bei mir klappt’s auch nicht immer!😄

Я люблю,когда весь мой день распланирован по часам и ты просто берешь,и походу вычеркиваешь дело за делом и нет времени размышлять о чем то постороннем,а потом ты устраиваешь себе перерыв с большой чашкой кофе,наслаждаешься моментом,и опять в бой!Я уже поняла,что я такой человек который не может усидеть на месте и нужно постоянно что то делать и двигаться вперед!

Сегодня у меня невероятной красоты веганская панна-котта.Сохраняем рецепт:

Vegan panna cotta🍓
🔸Кокосовое молоко или сливки-2 пачки(500 мл)
🔸Сироп агавы-2-4 ст.л
🔸Ванильный стручок
🔸Агар-агар -1 ч.л
1)Перемешать молоко и зернышки ванили,поставить на огонь,довести до кипения,добавить агар и оставить на пару минут на маленьком огне.
2)Разлить по формочкам и отправить в холодильник до застывания.
Подавать с любыми ягодами и хорошим настроением😊

But there‘s been a time in my live where I would have picked neither. I was so obsessed with clean eating that I’d cut mostly everything out of my diet. 🙅🏼‍♀️
And bread was way to processed for me. Let alone peanut butter (way too much fat), jelly (all that sugar) and a store bought spread (it has salt and oil in it). 😱
Looking back at that person makes me really sad. I used to eat bland foods that I didn‘t really enjoy all the time. And overate almost every day because I just never felt satisfied. 🤰🏼 I was tricking my brain by telling it that these foods taste so much better than all the unhealthy stuff. I made low fat, sugar free, gluten free brownies and told myself they were way better than the real thing. And I really did believe that and told everyone around myself. 🤦🏼‍♀️
Of course it’s okay to bake healthier options and maybe some people out there really do like these better but I just don’t. I like to eat my fries with some oil 🍟, I like to use regular flour, butter and sugar in baked goods 🍪, I just really like bread and pretzels 🍞🥨 and there’s really nothing wrong with it.
I also really love fruit and veggies. 🍉🥦🍑🥕🍒🌽🥑🥒🍇

На самом деле готовить очень легко, главное заранее сделать безе, остальное делается очень быстро 🍫🎂 .

Видео разделила на 2 части, чтобы было более понятно, поэтому смахните влево для продолжения 📽

Корж я разделила на 2 части, диаметр формы 20 см.

Получилось вкууусно, сладко, варенка+масло+арахис = объедение 😋

Коржи по желанию можете пропитать сладкой водой или сиропом, мне и так понравилось 😋

В кадре он уже через час после приготовления, и тогда уже он был вкусный, сразу слопали два куска😋

Ингредиенты:
Коржи:
Желток - 3 шт
Яйцо - 2 шт
Сахар - 100 г
Мука - 120 г
Какао - 1 ст.л.
Сода - 0,5 ч.л.
Лимонная кислота - 1/4 ч.л.
Выпекать 25-30 минут при 170 градусах 🕑
Безе:
Белок - 3 шт
Сахарная пудра - 180 г
Выпекать 2 часа при 100-110 градусах 🕑
Крем:
Сливочное масло - 150 г
Вареная сгущенка - 400 г
Арахис - 100 г
Шоколадный ганаш:
Молочный шоколад - 200 г
Сливочное масло - 40 г
Я растопила в микроволновке, можно сделать на водяной бане.

Очень сладкий, сытный, вкусный торт😋🍫🎂 .

Even when I was growing up I wasn't into baking. I loved making food, but I didn't really make cakes and other baked sweets because I didn't drink milk or eat eggs, and wasn't aware of the substitutes like flax eggs and apple sauce. After that I was a raw foodie for 5 years and the only time I used my oven was when I was brewing kombucha and wanted a controlled environment to ferment it in 🙈👅
Experimenting with different baked goods for the crew is really growing on me. I'm loving the chance to create different breads and keen to try some pies, cakes and other goodies. .

Smoothies are very convenient and nutritionally dense when done properly. Oats are one of my staples for building lean muscle mass while eating the foods I want

🍍Smoothies cover up 40% of my daily calorie consumption. Most of the protein, fat and complex carbohydrates fall into place together, keeping me full for longer and the best thing is that they provide me sufficient energy 😎

🍓 I always try not to worry about natural sugars (fruits). Eating refined sugars such as cakes, biscuits, cookies, ice cream etc. In unbalanced manner may increase body fat percentage. As a vegan, fruits are packed with essential vitamins, fiber, antioxidants etc. to lower the risk of heart disease and cancer in the long term
