When you have some leftover in the fridge just wrap it in some romaine lettuce with your favourite dressing! 😍🌱🌿 It's one of the best idea I saw and it's super tasty! Here I chose tahini, maple syrup and lime! You have to try ☺❤
I just wanted to post anything to get something out of my mind and my throat... I feel like those people that have been fooled their entire lifes or those who balance themselves back and forth, back and forth because they can't handle the things that happened to them or the things they know.... knowledge is a two-side sharp knife.... once you know something, you have to be brave and act, do, grow, change!! Maybe you think I am over reacting but that's how I feel right now! No more cheese, or anything animal based for my child and for me!!! It is over! No more fast food for us! I wasn't able to watch What the Health movie complete today but anyway this is how I feel..... I just got to the part were they say that cheese has pus! 🤢🤢🤢 I got chills, goosebumps and all! Sorry for those who eat cheese and I am spoiling it for you.... I just think it is disgusting!!! They are just feeding us what they like with the only interest of getting rich.... it is just unfair!! Going to finish watching it tomorrow.... and if you haven't seen it, I dare you! If you think you are brave... I dare you to watch it and don't do any changes to your diet! Btw this delicious wrap I created today was an experiment and came out outstanding!! It has dried tomato wrap tortilla, homemade pine nut, basil pesto from @veganreset , spinach bed, walnut meat fro VR too, lentils Sloppy Joe's, cherry tomatoes and sunflower kernel paste also from VR! It was so good I didn't want it to end! #whatthehealth#inshock#traumatized#change#govegan#vegan#vegancommunity#veganism#nomoremeat#noanimalsharmed#safetheplanet#health#veganfoodie#vegandinner#veganwrap#veganfood#veganeats#veganfamily#veganrecipes#veganfoodporn#veganfoodlovers#veganfoodshare#veganpower#vegansofinstagram#vegansofig#whatveganseat#eatclean#healthyfood#healthydinner#plantbased
Got no wifi in new crib so I am going to spend the week getting veeerry familiar with vegan offerings in the local cafes 😂 if anyone has recommendations, please let me know.. Last time I checked, costa was useless, does Starbucks have any vegan options yet!?
My monster wrap! Got these spinach wraps from m&s, filled them with a load of veggies, falafel, tofu sausage and hummus. The wrap was tasty but did have an unusual smell because of the spinach in it. I felt healthier eating them as they are green but I'll have to compare to see if these are more nutritious than the standard wraps.
Falafel Wrap with Quinoa, Mango Avocado Salsa & Chive 'Yogurt' Dressing 🌮
I felt inspired to create some new recipes last week and this big fella is my favorite 👌
Healthy comfort food at its best 😜
Let me know if you're curious about the recipe
@simonmatthys & I are off to his parent's place now for a festive barbecue to celebrate his grandparents' 65 wedding anniversary - how crazy is that 😱
Simon's mom always prepares tons of veggies for me (bless her) & we're going to make Snickers banana ice cream too 🙌
Mine and his 💚 @vegetuskr thanks again for a lovely early dinner ☺️ the vegan tuna wrap is my new favorite! My husband got the spicy coconut curry. He let me try it, and it was good but I can't handle spice lol my side had chips which were perfect with the wrap. Tummy is happy 😋😊
Market Mania 🌞
Sunday market tomorrow. This week has felt a bit overwhelming but the fridge is packed and I am ready @dotscookin with loads of food for tomorrow. This was a family style pizza crêpe packed with my broccoli cauliflower rice, tempeh, jalapeños, chimichurri and maybe a bit of cheese. If you are feeling lazy but need a tasty Sunday night dinner to go, come down and I will pack it to go! + Always a new seasonal pudding....this week white donut peach & pitaya ✨
Ok, enjoying being horizontal after all day in the kitchen. Night night! 🌞✨✨✨✨✨✨
Für 1 Person:
1 Tortilla Wrap
50 g Hirse
50 g Spinat
1 TL Schnittlauch
0,5 kleine Zwiebel
50 g Cherry-Tomaten
20 g Instant-Haferflocken
1 TL Schwarzkümmel
1 EL Zitronensaft
20 g Creme Vega
0,5 kleine Knoblauchzehe
