Stir Fry that's mostly all veggies: half cube of tofu tossed in milled flax seed, garlic powder, cumin, salt and paprika then lightly fried.  In another pan saute in vegetable broth: peas, garlic squash, mushrooms season to taste as half a cup of cooked brown rice tofu and top with a light vegan bbq drizzle.

This is my first Fall living in Colorado. I’m loving watching all the leaves 🍁 turn. So beautiful! Missing my green canopy already, 😒 so I’ll bake this yummy Banana Oat Bread to brighten this up again. Thanks @denisakusnirova for this #healthyinspiration. 🍫🍌👀👉RECIPE:
2 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
1/2 cup milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
2 chia eggs
3/4 cup melted coconut oil
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 cup oat flour (or ground oats)
1 cup spelt flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
A handful of chopped walnuts 
A handful of dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180°C / 356°F. Grease a bread pan with oil or butter. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, milk, chia eggs, coconut oil and maple syrup.
In another bowl, mix oat flour, spelt flour, baking powder and vanilla. Pour the wet mixture over the dry one and mix well. 
Add walnuts, chocolate chips and mix until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 40-50 minutes.

Savoury tofu beet spinach quiche by @thenutriplanet 💚
Crust: 45g (1.6oz, 2 tbsps. + 1 tsp.) peanut butter. ¼ tsp. Himalayan salt. 20g (0.7oz, 3 tbsps. + 1 tsp.) oat bran. 20g (0.7oz, 2 tbsps.) raw buckwheat flour.
Filling: 270g (9.5oz) of hard tofu. ¼-½ tsp. Himalayan salt. ¼ tsp. black salt. Black pepper to taste. ½ tbsp. dried oregano. ½ tsp. onion powder. ½ tsp. garlic powder. ½ cup (120ml) water. 1 level tbsp. psyllium husk. 1 raw beet, finely grated. 1 big carrot, grated. 2 tbsps. chopped fresh rosemary. 1 tsp. soy sauce. 2 cups fresh spinach.
First, using spoon and your hands, mix together the crust ingredients. Next, press the crust batter into 6” (15 cm) or 6.3” (16 cm) spring form cake tin and bake at 180°C (355°F) for 10 minutes. Let cool.
While the crust is baking, steam the spinach or other leafy greens (chard, kale, turnip greens, collard greens). Also, sauté carrot and rosemary: add 1 tbsp. of water and 1 tsp. of soy sauce into a saucepan. When it starts to sizzle, add coarsely grated carrot and chopped fresh rosemary. Sauté for 3 minutes, adding water if necessary.
Process all filling ingredients (except beet, carrot, rosemary, soy sauce and spinach) into a batter. Then, mix in finely grated raw beet. Top the crust with a layer of sautéed carrot and rosemary (drain any excess water). Next, add steamed and drained spinach.
Spread the tofu-beet mixture on top of spinach. Finally, sprinkle some coarsely grated raw carrot and beet on top on the quiche. Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 55 minutes. Let cool before slicing.

Goood morning lovelies😇look what have we tryed yesterday at @wagamama_uk with @noraspiration vegan mushroom steamed bun😍😍😍holllymollyy it was soo delicious. The bun was so soft and the mushroom inside was so tasty. I could eat at least 5 of it😜😂I mean plates😆😆they testing right now and I really hope that they will keep it on the menu. I am working also in wagamama but for another branch, so cross the fingers they will have aswell🤞😍😍😍we eat more 3 dishes, so more pictures will come up😜💜💜 if you are in London you have to go and try. Filling: cucumber,  tomato, tamari tempeh, carrots and wasabi paste (instead of vegan mayonnaise). I always use wholemeal rice, slighltly dressed with rice vinegar but not sugar, what turns it a bit less compactable than standard sushi rice, but it worked too! I highly recommend you to give it a try.

Fresh turmeric tastes milder, more like a carrot has a pleasant crisper texture than when it is aged. Add it to smoothies, juice it, chop it up and add to vegetable dishes etc.Fresh ginger is crisp,  easy to slices, almost juicy, and beautifully potent and delicious. I wait all year for these babies! Warming beet stew by @aboutthatfood 💚
Recipe (serves 2): 2 tbsp of olive oil. 1 red onion. 2 stalks of rosemary. 2 stalk of thyme. 1 cinnamon stick. 2 bay leaves. 2 medium potatoes. 2 beetroots. 2 regular tomatoes. 2 tbsp of flour. 2-3 cups of veg brith. 1 tbsp of soy sauce. 1 chioggia beet.
Peel and slice the beetroot and the potatoes and toss in the flour then slice the onion.
Heat the olive oil in a large pot on medium heat. Add the beetroot and the potatoes to the oil and fry until slightely browned, then add the onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Next add the broth, soy sauce the thyme, rosemary and the cinnamon stick. Let everything simmer for about 40 minutes.
Now peel and slice the chioggia beet. Stir into the stew and cook for a few more minutes until they are tender and serve.

🔹 14 fl. oz. Coconut Cold Brew Coffee [Dairy-free]
🔸 1/2 frozen banana, cut into pieces
🔹 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other nut milk of choice)
🔸 1 tbsp Tahini
🔹 1 tbsp Hemp protein powder
🔸 Dairy-free cacao nibs

INSTRUCTIONS ⤵

1. In a blender, Vitamix or NutriBullet, blend coffee, banana, almond milk, tahini and hemp until well combined. Add a little extra almond milk if mixture becomes too thick to blend.

2. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Sprinkle bottoms with cacao nibs.

3. Let freeze for 15 minutes before placing in popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours before enjoying.

Recipe: 2 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork. 1/2 cup milk (almond, soy, coconut). 2 chia eggs. 3/4 cup melted coconut oil. 4 tbsp maple syrup. 1 1/2 cup oat flour (or ground oats). 1 cup spelt flour. 2 tsp vanilla. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. A handful of chopped walnuts. A handful of dark chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 180°C / 356°F. Grease a bread pan with oil or butter. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, milk, chia eggs, coconut oil and maple syrup.
In another bowl, mix oat flour, spelt flour, baking powder and vanilla. Pour the wet mixture over the dry one and mix well. 
Add walnuts, chocolate chips and mix until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 40-50 minutes.

It’s high in vegan protein and honestly eating it feels like munching on some raw chocolate brownie dough 🤤
It contains one secret ingredient and I will tell you it is no avocado...oh and no sweet potato. Think in my position I need to underline this 🍠😂✌🏻

Good morning☺Have you ever been wanting a vegan Twix bar with biscuit, caramel and chocolat? Well, here it is☺This was my daughter's idea, and we really enjoyed the time together while making the bars. My family loves caramel more than any other candy, so we're going to make these bars again; that's for sure! Do you like caramel? And have you made it yourself before?

Here the recipe if you want to make our Twix bars (you get 18 bars): The biscuit:
♡175 grams wheat flour
♡50 grams sugar
♡120 grams cold dairy-free margarine
In a bowl, combine the flour and the sugar, and cut in the margarine. Mix with your hands until the dough comes together. Place the dough in a 20x20 centimeter square cake pan. Press it down with your hands to evenly fit the cake pan. Bake on 175 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.

The caramel:
♡225 grams dairy-free margarine
♡5 decilitre soy cream to whip up
♡75 grams golden syrup
♡150 grams sugar
♡0,25 teaspoon sea salt
Add all ingredients in a sauce pan. On medium heat, bring it to the boil, and boil on medium heat for one hour. Spread the caramel over the biscuit, and let cool down in the fridge.

Chocolate:
♡200 grams dairy-free chocolate
Melt the chocolate, and let cool down in the fridge. Cut up in 18 rectangular bars and keep the bars in room temperature. Enjoy☺
