Seasonal Goodness! My breakfast and lunches lean more towards vegetarian, at night....I'm a full out carnivore. Finding creative and delicious vegetarian options outdoors can be....... With that said, thank you Panera Bread for this amazing Autumn Squash Soup!!! The integrity of the squash isn't lost; it's sweet yet savory and full of flavor! A great curve ball!

I guess it must be due to the fact I was on a flight for 10 hours earlier but I was really craving healthy food tonight. Sweet potato falafels with a mint tahini sauce and vegan samosas from @thehappypear were my starters tonight and so delicious. I followed up with a coconut lentil curry and a fruit platter.
