This week I’ve been craving for rice n veggies and I just listened to my body. Yup, I normally eat a load of carbs just on my training days, but this week I didn’t train. I was fatigue and I fed my body REAL food (involving good carbs) rather than ice cream 😊
This delicious lunch @opensesameyyc was a bowl of stir fried prawn/veg with coconut rice. I got to add my choice of sauces and vegetables in a bowl for the chef to cook! I even told him that I’d like “less oil” and he offered to cook for me with no oil, but I rejected 🙅🏽that cuz I wanted a little oil! 😄 This dish was fresh, not salty and customized to my exact liking! I literally needed this 😌

Here we go again but.... •Monday's.
My brother had to wait abit longer for his smoothie considering I had never done this before thinking it was easy to get the kiwi to stick but little did i know.. it was a similar to a monday, it was all about:
Now all I could think about was getting the damn thing to stick which seemed really tough all my brother wanted was the smoothie, like all you wanted to do was get through Monday (unless your Monday is a tues etc 😅) in the end we get there... the process to achieve it, is what counts.
Do your best for the weak or week what ever perception you have, just know you will pull through for the rest of the weak, week*
We then had a great tasting smoothie that looks rad which makes you look rad and makes you feel rad.
Could of not had the kiwis just to make it easier like they can just carry on hating Mondays 🖖👁. •perception is key
Nothing like a Buddha bowl for a sick Nadia. I haven’t be able to lift for the last few days due to flu-like symptoms lingering around. Dang it feels badddd. Fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow. Lunch was a combination of clearing out the cupboard and chucking as many nutrients in my bowl as possible. I have some sweet potato chips, burnt broccoli with almonds, roast tomatoes, roast beetroot, half an avocado and hummus on a bed of baby spinach. This was super delish 👌🏻
