Сегодня у нас на завтрак: салат, яичница-болтунья, кусочки свежих помидора и огурца, фалафель.
Ещё я подаю свой испечённый медово-ржаной хлеб, хумус. На сладкое к чаю у нас полезные сладости, которыми в будущем я поделюсь с вами. Ложу какие нибудь ягоды или фрукты, сегодня у нас был виноград.

i went to rhode island for a few nights to visit one of my friends and ended up eating some great vegetarian food! i had more but not everything got a picture ~
in order: a mango and veg spring roll, salted edamame, an egg and cheese breakfast wrap on a spinach wrap with home fries, and then some sweets! ~
whenever i go away on a trip or something i usually let go a little bit and eat what i like which is why this isn't the ~healthiest~ ever but i didn't eat much meat at all (only a few unpictured dumplings) and i'm happy to at least have stayed vegetarian. (i also had really good freeze dried edamame, i'll try to find them again soon to show y'all!)
Today's breakfast- brought to you in part by the Archer-Hackett Gardens!! Haha so disclaimer: mom made breakfast today! We have some fresh garlic bread from a really cute Chinese bakery in Bensonhurst, colorful omelette fragment with onions, tomatoes, and spinach, and sweet fried plantains. I've finished this already but my mouth is still watering!😫
This is totally something that is doable in college! However, it is a lil time consuming. I would recommend saving it for weekends or the days when you start classes late! Yum!

Tuesday Breakfast! This morning after my workout I had 2 boiled eggs 🐥 topped with pink Himalayan salt 🏔, a small sweet pepper and lots of greens 🌱 topped with shredded beetroot 🌿 then I finished it off with a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds 🎃 and apple cider vinegar 🍎 I am feeling sooo #healthy right now 😂😂
A very pretty Tuesday morning breakfast 🍳🌱🧀🍋💛 Prepoached eggs @happychickeneggs are my favourites, reheated in the pan to save time cause ain't no body got time for poaching on a Tuesday morning and they're still yummy and runny. Haloumi, baby spinach, a drizzle of Avocado oil, a crack of pepper, a few pumpkin seeds sprinkled over the top and voila! So worth getting up that extra 5 minutes for.
Served on my new @tkmaxxau plate makes all taste even yummier!
