After a long day yesterday, followed by a tough night due to really bad anxiety I woke up this morning feeling completely depleted. A year ago when I was in the thick of my anxiety/panic attacks I would pretty much do the opposite of what I should do; turn to God to fill me with His strength.
I didn't want to workout this morning as I'm still a little anxious, today however is Day 1 of our new 3-week program! It's because of the community I've become a part of & the sisters in Christ I've met through social media I know that I am not alone in this struggle. I made the choice to pray this morning, read my affirmations so I can be reminded that I CAN do all things through Christ who strengthens me. This program couldn't have come at the right time, it's more than just the physical aspect with this trainer it's about shifting your mindset to believe you CAN do it! Today I did it!

И, если честно, я каждый раз теряюсь и не знаю, что ответить 😄
Мне сложно повестить на себя какой-либо ярлык. Я питаюсь, как я питаюсь)))
Да, я не ем мясо, стараюсь не есть молочку и где-то 50% моего рациона составляют фрукты и овощи 🍓🍒🍇🥝🍍
Но я, например, терпеть не могу кофе без молока и поэтому, если я пью его вне дома, то могу со спокойной душой заказать капучино или латте.
Дома же сама делаю ореховое или соевое молоко, его очень просто готовить 🥛
Мне нравится самой устанавливать свои правила питания, а не подстраиваться под чужие.
Да, молочка вредна, это все знают, но и алкоголь вреден, и люди, зная это, почему его тоже пьют))
Кто-то пытается назвать это интуитивным питанием по одноимённой, нашумевшей недавно, книге.
Что же, я не против, можно называть как хотите. Важна ведь суть.
На сегодняшний день я нашла вот такой вот баланс для себя, а у вас он может быть свой 🙂
В планах минимизировать соль и сахар и добавить больше ягод в рацион.
Больше ощелачивающих продуктов, меньше закисляющих.

Acai bowl to cool off a bit today because it's too damn hot here!!! I only ate half to stay on track with my meal plan. Feels like a cheat meal tho. That's the beauty of it being a lifestyle and not a diet, you don't feel deprived!!!! Happy belly and happy heart ❤️
Happy Sunday!!!! All week I've been hitting my workouts pretty hard. I've been giving them my ALL, so I'm pretty sore from all over. I finished week one today with 25 minute workouts every day for the past week, but starting tomorrow the workouts are increasing to 35 minutes for the rest of the week, but I'm pretty excited for what's coming. I'm always up for new challenges because challenges make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful!!! So CHEERS 🍻 to challenges with my vegan CHOCOLATE 😍 superfoods!!! .
