Good news! Our wedding cake from @thesweetbeet lasted the year with success! 🎂We had some cherries go bad a few months after our wedding and it penetrated a lot of our food and had to throw it out. And we were SUPER worried that we were gonna have a gross mess of a cake in the freezer. 🍒🤢But it was amazing!😍💖
Vegan SUSHI!!!!! 😱😵😍 this Asian restaurant is 100% vegan, with an endless menu of classic Chinese and Japanese dishes, all entirely plant based. Pictured is the fireball roll: spicy "tuna" with avocado and special sauces. I just, I *literally* can't even right now 😉🙌🏼
You really need to make this!! It came out so good!! 3 Caramelized onions cook with 1 tablespoon coconut oil, after add it bok choy, cashews, cranberries, a touch of sea salt and coriander. So good over some basmati rice. #easyandhealthycooking

When your smoothie bowl got a bit to "smoothied" so everything is starting to sink 🤦🏼♀️ also almonds I soaked for 12 hrs and yummy fresh blueberries! My smoothie was just vanilla vega protein, almond milk, ice and half a banana, then chia, hemp hearts and the other half of the banana 🍌

• CHILI CON VEGGIES OG QUINOA • For noget tid siden lavede jeg denne skønne chili-ret med masser af bønner, kikærter, grønsager og sort quinoa. Quinoa burde simpelthen være fast inventar i enhver chili sin carne!
Sammen med avocado, frisk koriander og en klat fraiche er retten en bid af himlen med al sin smag og tekstur. Og hvor heldig er man lige at have en portion i fryseren, så aftensmaden i dag var både virkelig lækker og virkelig hurtigt lavet. Jeg er fan!

Why am I so excited about this one shoot? Its the ginger Im regrowing. Just plop some organic ginger, the knubby sides up, in moist soil away from direct light and watch this baby grow. It is slow growing, so have patience.

• TOMATSAUCE MED LINSER, BLOMKÅL OG SOLTØRRET TOMAT • Heldige mig fandt en portion af denne i fryseren, så min frokost i dag har stået på pasta med tomatsauce og gnavegrønt. Mmm! Det her er simpelthen verdens bedste tomatsauce. Si'r det bare! Tak @stinnagm for at finde på den (og så har jeg bla. tilføjet linser til opskriften)! Den er sååå god. Cremet, rund, velsmagende, nærende, sund og nem. Man kan ikke rigtigt ønske sig mere, vel?
