Spaghetti squash... Do you love it? Hate it? Have mixed feelings about it?
Last year I was a little mixed with my feelings, but I have two I want to use so we tried again!
I brushed them both with olive oil, sprinkled them with salt and pepper, and baked them upside down for 40 minutes at 375 on a cookie sheet.
Just by itself it was YUMMY. I scraped out the "noodles" and made spaghetti with it. Both of my kids scarfed it up and didn't even notice I had done anything different to it 😀 #sneakymom
