Quit dairy! You need cows milk just as much as you need dog milk. You can find healthier substitutions like almond milk, rice milk, soy milk, etc... you do not need to put this in your body. It also has a sugar called D-galactos that speeds up the aging process. Consuming dairy can be just as bad as smoking ciggarettes. It also causes acne and bloating. Give it a try and watch how much better you'll feel! I aplogize if this offends anyone but honestly, it's time that we stop hurting animals and hurting our planet when we literally do NOT need to. We don't need milk. We don't need grilled cheese or enchiladas. We don't need beef or chicken. We don't need it. & it's real simple #Vegan#vegolution

Because I love chocolate of course I choosed the triple chocolate cupcake 😍 It had a little donut top of it ! OMG
Yesterdays pumpkin strudel. Still dreaming of it... 😅
Recipe: Cut the pumpkin into small peaces. Mix it with olive oil and seasonings of your choice. I used salt, sweet pepper, curry and cumin. Place it in the oven and bake it at 200 degrees about 10-15 minutes. I also cutted some onion and smoked tofu and put it as well in to the oven.
I put some "Wilmersburger" cheese into the middle of the puff pastry add the pumpkin tofu mixture and rolled it. The "Cheese" keeps the moisture inside and melts nicely in the oven ❤ Baked it again for about 20 min and let it sit for a few minutes.
For the dip take a joghurt of your choice (e.g. soya) and add some herbs, lemon juice and salt. Enjoy 😋
My bedroom is now a big storage for pumpkins 😆 My dad brought me a lot pumpkins grown from the seeds, that I gave him last year 😍
So the first one became a strudel now. It was huge but soo good that nothing is left for tomorrows lunch... too bad 😅
My dad visited me these days. He has his own garden und brought me a lot of fruit jars 😍 And also a few jars of selfmade tomatosauce. ❤ Today he left and I could not wait to try his tomato sauce. It is soooooo goood 😋😋😋 I just added some onion and smoked tofu. I ❤ pastaaa!
I can highly recommend the appetizer plate from #marksvienna 😋 they have a lot of vegan choices on the menu and everything is delicious. I can prove that, because my friends and me almost tried everything 😆! And they have a real chimney 😍 it was sooo cosy!

Tomorrow, I'm gonna have a challenging and probably very long day. So I've made a tasty meal prep! To be sure that I can give my best and be full of energy! 💪 I've prepared a nutritious ricesalad with peas, corn, red beans, pepper and tomatoes 😍 and some muesli muffins with apples, dates and goji 👌
And for the sweettooth adding some gingerbread! 💓
