I fell in love with @vermontcreamery's cheeses years ago. Even while living across the country in Seattle, I made a point to include one or two of their products on my cheese plates when entertaining and, to this day, I ALWAYS buy their cute little Bijous or a Coupole for the students to shoot at my food photography workshops. ⠀
Their cheese ROCK, and now I am lucky enough to live in the state where they are produced!⠀

Sometimes you borrow greatness...like this photo of St. Albans from @seanpmckee for example. Doesn’t it just make you want to dive in mouth first?? @vermontcreamery outdid themselves here... I'm at a zero tonight and inconclusive 🖐🏼👣💋 symptoms have us heading to the doc tomorrow ...But dinner was yummy!
