Day 22 and today I'm featuring one of my favorite moves from Total Body Core. This chest building exercise works actually works everything. You must be 100% present in order to complete this properly. Here's a tip for lowering your legs without raising your back off the floor. I squeeze my tush as I lower my legs to prevent them from touching the floor. When I squeeze my butt, I engage my abs too and that helps with control. If your core is not strong enough, I suggest adding a slight bend to your legs and not lowering them down as much as I am. Do what you can with great form!
These compound movements are so effective! In case you're wondering, I'm using 15-pound dumbbells.
