Anyway I did not feel like training to much today and the gym was a little crowded so One of my favorite ways to get leaner and stronger without using a whole Lot of different equipments and different types of exercises-supersets!! Here I am making use of one piece of equipment for each exercise and I choose 3 exercises today 😳😊this is a great if you have a limited equipment, train in a crowded gym and or just not yet motivated 🤔
Challenge yourself! Perform each exercise back to back and take about 45 seconds to a minute before your next superset. Today I did
10x10 on back squats
5x15 incline bench press
5x15 on the last exercise
Top it with just a little bit of core work. I felt better afterwards and glad I trained.
