Ready and waiting. 🍇// harvest update // Our vineyard and winemaking teams are catching their breath a bit this week after a busy few weeks out in the field keeping up with growth and netting, and in the winery getting some of our 16s to bottle.
We have brought in just under 10 tons of Pinot Noir (bubbly base) and Pinot Meunier (Rosé) so far.
The evenings are cooling off beautifully and the daytime temps have also dropped nicely, offering the fruit great late season ripening conditions. The smoke has cleared in our neck of woods and we are welcoming the return of our Okanagan blue sky. ☺️ Stay tuned for more updates when the crush pad becomes a bit more lively ! Cheers.
