More importantly - there is only one thing I want in this world. Just one. I don't want to be married, have kids, a better job, to look good, be rich, popular, more friends, a car, house, or anything else. 
All I want is Freedom. A Freedom so True it can't even be placed in the context of this world. 
If you'll remember this about me you'll remember there is nothing I won't do to find it. 
There is no relationship I value more than that of Freedom. Everything else is meaningless. 
Just imagine how much fun I am at a party. Oddly way more than you'd think. 
Valuing nothing of this world and its social norms doesn't mean I don't know of them or can't apply them.

Passei boa parte da minha vida esperando que as coisas saíssem como eu esperava. E em muitas ocasiões foi exatamente assim, seguindo um fluxo regido por privilégios e méritos que sustentavam meu perfeccionismo. Até começar a lidar com pancadas da vida, adversidades, desequilíbrios externos que bagunçavam minha saúde emocional, justamente devido àquela crença de que as coisas deveriam sair como eu esperava – só que não saíam. Hoje, confiando mais nas minhas decisões e assumindo a responsabilidade por minhas escolhas, tenho clareza de que essa é uma das principais fontes de sofrimento: o apego. Apego às coisas boas, aos finais felizes, ao sinal verde, à pizza chegando antes do tempo previsto, à mensagem do cliente dizendo que amou meu trabalho. Tudo tão efêmero quanto o café da manhã que você tomou hoje e talvez nem lembre mais. Mas minhas reações diante desses cenários e também dos opostos – lamentar e reclamar pelo que não saiu como planejado – se estendiam muito além, ao ponto de estar mal sem lembrar o motivo. Somente depois que passei a vivenciar a impermanência nas minhas práticas diárias foi que consegui internalizar esse conceito de uma forma libertadora: tudo passa. Tudo mesmo. As coisas boas, e as ruins também. E tanto a lamentação por um fracasso quanto o apego à uma vitória têm isso em comum: geram sofrimento. Comece a desenvolver a equanimidade no dia a dia, nas pequenas coisas, sem a necessidade de rotular sensações, experiências ou conclusões, sem apego a esses rótulos de péssimo ou maravilhoso, sem avidez ou aversão. Faça isso, do sinal vermelho à pizza que demora, reconhecendo as situações exatamente como se apresentam, e você vai começar a entender seu sofrimento, seja ele qual for, na sua forma mais real. Estar presente e equânime permite que vejamos o mundo de outra forma, com o contentamento, o olhar e a felicidade genuína de uma criança que vê a novidade em tudo, consciente de que cada experiência é única, que esse segundo já se foi, e o momento de ser feliz é exatamente o agora. 🌝 #mindfulness #equanimidade #vipassana #yoga #yogalife #meditação #atençãoplena

HOW I GOT KICKED OUT OF A MEDITATION COURSE
Eckhart Tolle explains it perfectly, "an ego that wants something from another-will usually play some kind of roll to get its "needs" met. Usually people are completely unaware of the rolls they play. They ARE those roles. This causes human interactions to become inauthentic, Dehumanized. If you are awake enough, aware enough, to be able to observe how you interact with other people, you may detect subtle changes in your speech, attitude, and behavior depending on the person you were interacting with. How you speak to a child may be different from how you speak to an adult. Why is that? You are playing rolls. When you walk into a store, you become a customer and speak and act as such. A range of conditioned patterns of behavior come into affect between two human beings that determine the nature of the interaction. " 
For example, a teacher takes on this role as their identity, and suddenly they feel superior towards the student. In reality, they are just two human beings, the same person. And the teacher has no right to disrespect, belittle the student, just because they feel empowered to do so because they are "better". we are all humans, we are all equal, and we are to respect each other equally, no matter the "role" we play in this life.

What a crazy society we live in. A close friend of mine is about to lose her child because she smoked weed on a couple occasions. A neighbour contacted the social workers to make sure that the child is not mistreated because they smelled weed on one occasion. Instead of directly confronting my friend the fucking coward contacted the social welfare. For fuck sake, what can be more damaging to a child, stay with their parent that smoke weed on a few occasions or get abducted from its hole family and losing all of their security and stability in life? 
Parents are able and allowed to drink alcohol on a regular basis and get drunk as fuck, eat prescription drugs and that's all right, but smoking weed omg what a sin. 
This parent is such a loveable genuine person and a great parent in so many ways, does everything for the child's best to protect and provide security, love and comfort to the child and is hard working and responsible. But now the social workers is about to replace the child in a foster home because of a neighbour smelled weed on one occasion wtf ??? Just to be extra clear, the parent I'm talking about is NOT an addict in any way. 
I've been living with addicts and alcoholism bigger parts of my life 
so I know what I'm talking about. I have used both prescription drugs and other non prescription drugs in the past.  How come it's ok to drink every weekend but not smoke? How come prescription drugs is ok? 
How is one more accepted than the other? I know more people including my younger brother and lot of other old friends from my early teens that died out of prescription drugs more than any other drug. 
I tell you, it's because of higher elite of society is indoctrinating in their own winning interests. The elite of society is making you believe that they know what's best for you. The elite of society keeps oppressing and belittle the individual in their own knowing what's best for themselves,
Is not that hard to see that society earns money from alcohol and from legal prescription drugs, it's all bunch of hypocrite. ⤵️

Trying to be perfect all the time is fucking exhausting. The past two years have been filled with all kinds of revelations and awakenings. I've begun to understand and feel the compassion for people bringing suffering to themselves and other beings, rolling in ignorance and perpetuating their own misery. Still, finding compassion and kindness to myself sometimes feels like the hardest things to do. But learning to let go and seeing how my heart grow a little bit for every time I accept my own shortcomings and practice relaxing into it is probably my most rewarding lesson yet. 🙏🏼 #awakening #spirituality #vipassana #unconditionallove #selflove

Hasta hace poco se pensaba que las neuronas no podían regenerarse y que nuestro cerebro estaba condenado a un declive progresivo e inexorable.Con el descubrimiento de la neurogénesis todo ha cambiado,ahora los neurocientíficos se centran en descubrir qué puede promover la regeneración neuronal.

En este sentido, un grupo de investigadores alemanes del Research Center for Regenerative Therapies Dresden, han descubierto que el silencio tiene un impacto enorme en el cerebro. Estos científicos comprobaron que en el cerebro de los ratones que se quedaban en silencio durante dos horas cada día crecían nuevas células en el hipocampo, la región del cerebro relacionada con la memoria, las emociones y el aprendizaje, constataron que esas nuevas células eran capaces de diferenciarse e integrarse en el sistema nervioso central para cumplir diferentes funciones. Por tanto, reservar algunos minutos al día para estar en completo silencio podría ser muy beneficioso para nuestro cerebro, ayudándonos a conservar la memoria y a ser más flexibles ante los cambios. *El silencio permite que el cerebro le dé sentido a la información*

What a tremendous question. There are so many times for grieving in our lives but we seem bent on not doing it. We put on brave faces so people will think we're ok when we're anything but.  We think our grief will break us. We think people will think we are weak. I did. I didn't want to really grieve the loss of:
*a relationship with my father
*a job that I loved for 16 years
*childhood innocence
*my self-worth, self-respect (that I have since reclaimed)
*loved ones. It's only past few years that I've really been able to cry and to truly feel the pain of their losses..

*of my 20 year relationship. Or admit that it should have been over at least 10 years if not more before that. That's a hard one. All. That. Wasted. Time. That is so hard to forgive myself for. I grieve the loss of that. I cry about it. Still.

It's ok to let go. It won't crush us. It's ok to fully feel the tremendous loss of a person, job, relationship or health. It's more crushing to keep it all in than it is to let it out....

I have caught the cold going round the ashram and don't feel well at all. 😢 When I'm ill or over tired it's difficult to stay aware and not get disturbed by emotions that come and go. Luckily I remember my Vipassana training and know that this cold will pass, and so too will the emotions.

Luego de descubrir múltiples caminos hacia afuera, ahora entendí que también hay múltiples caminos hacia adentro, algunos mas cortos y duros, como las picas (las constelaciones familiares) otros mas largos (la meditación) otros relajados y divertidos, es la vida misma! Solemos ir a recorrer caminos para encontrarnos. Consigue los caminos que te lleven hacia ti, hay múltiples herramientas afuera para llevarte hacia adentro! Viaja hacia ti! Un camino: meditación vipassana, en Venezuela existen centros de meditación y su costo es lo que puedas dar! Meu feriado se resumiu a esse mat e essas almofadas. Foram 72 horas sem celular, computador e tv e em silêncio (nem conversar com o 🐶valeu!). Ai vc pode me perguntar: pq diabos alguém faria isso? Pq a gente só cresce no desafio e saindo da zona de conforto. E parar essa aceleração constante que vivemos é não só necessário como muito agradável. Não foi sofrido ficar 3 dias sem whatsapp. Sofrido foi ligar o cel hoje de manhã e quase ser engolida pelas notificações. 
Esses 3 dias foram repletos de meditação, yoga e leitura. Li 4 livros, computei 6 horas de meditação, 8 de yoga e uma beeeela dor nas costas. Meditar dói gente. Fisicamente e também mentalmente. É como musculação: se vc quer trabalhar o corpo, não precisa de tempo e de repetição? É a mesma coisa pra trabalhar a mente. A dor faz parte! E a ideia é superar essa dor para atingir o estado de atenção plena (mindfulness). Na nossa vida, estamos tão acostumados a pular de galho em galho, sempre fugindo dos incômodos e buscando o prazer que raramente paramos para estar onde de fato estamos. Remoemos o passado e antecipamos o futuro, deixando totalmente de lado o único momento que, de fato, existe. O agora. Na meditação – e no yoga- conseguimos trazer de volta esse presente com tudo que ele tem. Às vezes vc está super concentrado, às vezes não. Às vezes as costas doem, outras as pernas. Mas o importante é compreender que tudo, eventualmente, acaba passando. E agora estou com as energias reabastecidas pra ajudar os outros a encontrar um pouco disso também ☺#mindfulness #meditacao #yoga #coaching #lifecoaching #coachingdevida #vipassana #beherenow

Ligger, ligger, ligger, vilar. Förflyttar oerhört långsamt in i försiktiga vridningar och traktioner. Allt som nyss var så bråttom, stressande, viktigt - inget av det klarar jag. Det får lösa sig. Sen. Nu finns bara ett nu. Ett bokstavligt minimalt steg i taget. Acceptera. Andas. Andas. Andas. Misströsta. Tänk om??.. Släppa taget. Acceptera det som just nu inte kan förändras. Vara. Andas. Ställa in en yogaklass till och en till. Studera vad som händer i kroppen och sinnet. Hur "verklig" smärta påverkar! När den fyller sitt syfte att skydda mig från mig själv - att skydda kroppen från det jag "vill". Lyssna inåt. Släppa begär, fasthållande och ältande. Det är som det är och det blir som det blir. Nästa andetag. En uppgift: slappna av och låta processen ha sin gång. Allting uppstår - kanske förstärks - och försvinner, uppstår och försvinner, uppstår och försvinner.
