Eh crecido taanto eh aprendido tanto. Jamas pierdo el tiempo! Me estoy inculcando, me estoy construyendo tanto interna como externamente, siento sacarme las cosas que me hacen sufrir de un tiron, me autoanalizo, mi cabeza va a miiil, con fuerza, con puňo lapiz y una libreta..!! Estoy creando una base solidad de conciencia. Estoy haciendo los cimientos de mi castillo que voy a crear. Amo mi construccion interna mi arquitectura. Dando pasos fuertes y firmes sin ego dada siempre ayudar a los demas y crecer juntos. NO, NO SABES EL TRABAJO QUE LLEVA ESO.!!
It's not hard to set a goal for yourself all you gotta do is write it down and set a date. How many goals do you have that truthfully you have no intention of completing? Sounded good at the time but when it really comes down to it eh, you just don't wanna be bothered.
It's much easier to complain about our problems, point fingers at other people and blame them for the reasons why we aren't where we wanna be in life.
No matter how many times you use excuses to justify your lack of effort at the end of the day that voice that is saying "what if you would've given more" is something you are going to have to live with. The only way you're going to get what you want is with effort, consistent effort, day in and day out. Or that person that hates to go up a pant size, cause things are so tight, have taken to wearing stretchy pants of any sort?
Or that person that wants to be on the get healthy journey but doesn't know where to start? Or the person that doesn't have anyone to support them and cheer them on?
Well let me tell you something. You are NOT alone.
I was THAT girl that would stalk certain people fb or the old school my space (haha). Envious of what they were doing. Wishing I could do that. Wishing I could feel comfortable in my own skin. Wishing I could go shopping in the smaller size. Wishing I looked a LITTLE like them. Wishing I had the TIME. Wishing I had more ENERGY. Wishing I FELT better. Just WISHING..... What if I told you, you could start this journey at home? Have a support system that is excited for your progress, AND get you on the path for those new heeeellloooo clothes?!? CHOOSE your hard. Watching and miserable? OR doing it, having support, learning how to rock it too?

I know I take a lot of #selfies or #mirrorpics in pretty much the same spot but it's really the only place I can take progress photos without getting in people's way. .
Random but you know I remember when people used to say I had chicken legs cause my calves aren't that big but it doesn't mean I don't work my ass off to make the grow because I do. I literally punish them lol. I punish all parts of my legs so that one day when they're super jacked and cut to hell I can roundhouse kick those people in their God damn teeth. LOL. .
No sane person wants to do leg day with me because you will end in a body bag or end up quitting. If you don't believe me then I challenge you too a #legdaywar .
Tonight was sets of 40 on back squat with 225. Don't have a video but don't worry I'll get it next time except of me doing 50 reps. Its not the fact I can do that many reps because honestly I had to push my mind and tell myself "you have more." I don't think there's many feelings better then when you push yourself to the limit and your body is saying no, but your mind is saying yes. That's a special feeling. #ruthlessrant
Hmm, this isn't just mid-life. So many people I work with are encountering this feeling in their 20s.
Why? Because we're getting to a place in our self-development and our careers that previous generations weren't reaching until their 40s and 50s.
As a result we're asking ourselves questions at a younger age:
- who am I really? - what kind of impact do I want to have in this world? - what is success, really?
- what is the meaning of life?
- what makes me truly happy?
And everything around us is asking us to answer these questions.
We're being encouraged to feel our discomfort and dissatisfaction and lack of motivation and actually DO something with it.
We're being called to unlock our full potential.
And so the question that's being posed to us is: will you answer the call?
