On this day, 10 years ago, I landed in Telluride for the very first time. It was 60 degrees & there wasn’t much snow...a lot like today! I had no idea what was in store for me back then when I was a novice ski bum, but here it is! I really can’t put into to words how much love & gratitude I have for this place, and these people ❤️🙏🏼🍀 📷 @krispiercephoto
Ahhhh winter, the season of snowflakes, holly, snowmen ...and flu outbreaks. Do your body a solid this winter and throw back some Orange Ginger elixirs a few times a week to keep your immune system on point.
Ginger has been found to activate T-cells, the group of white blood cells capable of destroying cells infected by virus as well as tumor cells. Ginger also helps to break down toxins in the body’s organs, thereby cleansing the lymphatic system. In this way it prevents accumulation of toxins that increase susceptibility to infections. And as we all know oranges are packed with Vitamin C, making this a refreshing and tasty yet highly efficient immunity boost this winter!
🏔Flash Back To Telluride🏔
Telluride is one of those destinations that everyone dreams of visiting. For me, it took four years of living in beautiful Colorado to get out there. The views were breathtaking. The town was lovely. The culture and liveliness of the town were in full swing, even in late September. I loved the trip I took there with a special someone, it filled my heart and soul. 💕✨
