These are the general guidelines: about 20 ounces of water 2-3 hours before, another 8 ounces 20-30 minutes before, and 7-10 ounces every 10-20 minutes while exercising, and then another 8 ounces of water within 30 minutes after exercising. Wow -- that's a lot of water! Stay hydrated friends!

Today I’ve made some with home grown & pesticide free rose petals, sliced lemons from my garden & sliced organic strawberries! This water is a reflection of Spring - sweet, floral & a touch tangy ! So refreshing for a hot day like today!

Ok I want you to stop what you're doing and seriously think about how much water you're consuming? Do you feel lethargic during the day, headachy, digestive issues, always feel hungry ? This can be a sign that you're dehydrated. I aim for 1.5 to 2 litres per day and I can do this easily now because I've trained myself into drinking throughout the day. However I used to find this incredibly difficult because I wasn't used to drinking water and I never had a water bottle with me so here is the perfect solution for those just starting to teach themselves how to drink water; home made vitamin water! I make different variations when im feeling a bit extraa 😛 this one tasted like a lolly 😆
It had- slices of 1 whole orange plus squeeze some of the juice directly into the water; mint, frozen blueberries and 4 drops of liquid stevia. This is like a sweet kinda fruity drink and really encourages you to stay hydrated so get drinking! 😄👉 P.s stevia is a natural sweetener that doesnt spike your blood sugar so it's good to have this in the cupboards, the best places to get it are health food shops.
