Such a simple & yummy treat😋 #sexymacaballs from @joyoushealth.  I used what I had & adjusted to make them a tad less sugary.  They might not look good, but they taste good! 8-10 soaked dates, 1/4 almonds or cashews (I did combo plus a bit more for good measure), 1/4 raw cacao nibs, 2 TBS raw cacao powder, 1.5 TBS maca powder, 1 TBS cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Blend in blendah and try not to eat it all before rolling into balls. 😆 this took all of 5 minutes (minus soaking time)...🤙🏼🦄#healthysnacks #morelikedessert #vitamix #yourewelcome

Day 21 of the Daily Smoothie 2018 & I want you all to go after your day with this Lemon Blueberry Bliss Smoothie. This  combination of antioxidant-packed nutrient dense spinach & blueberries, fiber-filled pear & alkalinizing lemon should do the job. 
Lemon Blueberry Bliss 
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
1 pear cored
2 cups baby spinach
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 lemon peeled *always try to use organic, non GMO ingredients please & feel free to throw some flaxseed, maca or bee pollen in as you wish. 
Directions: 
Combine all ingredients into Vitamix or high speed blender & blend until smooth. Add water/ice to get desired consistency.

Eggs 🍳 eggs 🥚 for sure organic!!! once in a while why not I use coconut 🌴 oil to gently (hate the term but ) FRY  then in and then toast millet @bionabreads top the toast with my eggs  grind a little back pepper and a little 🌶 sliced or chopped on top and gobble them up ! Yummy 😋 delicious great source of inexpensive high quality protein .. did you know that half the the protein found in an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 the whites are a rich source of selenium and vitamin D ,B6 and B12 and zinc , iron and copper .... I have eggs only once in a while but they say if your healthy you can have 3 a day !!! Eggs 🥚 eggs white omelette s are delicious ! Kasvikset ovat aivan mahtava kasvisproteiinin lähde. Yksi omista kasvisproteiinisuosikeistamme ovat kikherneet. Kikhernepasta, -piiraspohjat ja... hummus! AINEKSET
2 x 425 g prk käyttövalmiita kikherneitä, 1 valutettuna, 1 nesteen kera
35 g raakoja seesaminsiemeniä
1 rkl oliiviöljyä
60 ml sitruunamehua
1 valkosipulinkynsi, kuorittuna
1 tl jauhettua kuminaa
suolaa, maun mukaan

VALMISTUS
1) Mittaa ainekset Vitamixin kannuun ja sulje kansi. Käynnistä kone 1-teholla ja nosta tehoja hiljalleen, kunnes kone käy täydellä teholla. Jatka noin 1 min. 
2) Työnnä aineksia tampperilla (sauvalla) teriä kohti tarvittaessa. Ei huolta - niin kauan kuin kannun kansi on kiinni, tampperi ei yltä teriin saakka. Jatka kunnes koostumus on sileää.
3) Kaada hummus tarjoiluastiaan, roiski päälle hieman oliiviöljyä ja ripottele hieman cayennepippuria. 
Hummus on herkullinen ja terveellinen dippi esim. vihanneksille. Se sopii myös erinomaisesti vegaaniseksi vaihtoehdoksi voille leivän päälle.

I have been going crazy with the zero waste grocery hauls lately😂 but it’s hard to resist! I meal prep most of them but whenever something is about to go bad I blend it up in a nice smoothie to avoid food waste. I bring it to work in my @vitamix to go cup and share it with my colleagues. Win-win-win 🙌😋👌. I blended spinach, a pear, hemp seeds, oats, dates and a splash of lemon. Yum 🤤!

Pitada de pó de gengibre, pó de cravo-da-índia, noz-moscada, sal ⠀
1 col de chá de canela ⠀
1 xíc de água ⠀
3 gotas de essência de baunilha ⠀
1 1/2 col de sopa de xarope de agave ⠀
1 xíc de purê de abóbora ⠀
Instruções:
Aquecer uma frigideira e grelhar a aveia com a canela. Adicione água e leite. Mexa e adicione o purê de abóbora e o resto de ingredientes. Cozinhe até engrossar. Ajuste o leite, se necessário.

Instruções:

Ingredients Serves 2:
-1 cup gluten free oat
- 1 1/2 cup hazelnut milk⠀
- Pinch of ginger powder, cloves powder, nutmeg, salt⠀
- 1 tsp Cinnamon⠀
- 1 cup water⠀
- 3 drops vanilla essence⠀
- 1 1/2 tbsp agave syrup⠀
- 1 cup pumpkin purée ⠀
Instructions:
Warm a skillet and grill the oats with the cinnamon. Add water and milk. Stir then add purée and rest of ingredients. Cook till thick. Adjust milk if needed.

For the paste... Into the vitamix goes: green chilis, onion, garlic, lemon grass, lime leaves, ginger, soy sauce, cumin, coriander, water, lime juice. Blitz it into a paste. 
Chopped up: onion, celery, zucchini, eggplant, lotus root, baby bok choy, kale, mushrooms, green onion and basil.
In a BIG wok added the paste and cooked it for a few minutes then added the veggies and cooked for a few minutes then added a can of coconut milk. I didn’t have enough coconut milk to cover all the veggies so I added some almond milk, it turned out really well. Added a crack of salt after about 12 minutes of simmering and served it over rice then added green onion and basil overtop. .

Love this book.  Made the creamy pasta.. the sauce is cauliflower, evoo, garlic, lemon juice, almond milk.  I added some different seasoning... the sauce was added to broccoli and spinach and angel hair thrown in.  Heck yeah it was tasty.
