Life is strange, beautiful, and, in this case, blue and scaly... if you just let go and let it swim all around you... and I know nobody really gives a shit what I write under this picture, so there it is... enjoy your double-tall non-fat vegan non-dairy existential dilemma.
Footsteps in the sand. Can you guess who tiptoed through the dunes at night? I can assure you no nasties 🐍🦂if you want to encounter them you have to visit the desert in summer. #saharadesert#sahara#visitmorocco#desertlife
Thank you @myfly.aero for an amazing experience yesterday. This company does flights over some of the ruins of Angkor and the Tonle Sap lake to give a different perspective of this unique area. They use ultralight planes built for 2 people, just the Pilot and you, and basically fly at an altitude of 150m so you get a wonderful view. Would highly recommend it to everyone coming to Siem Reap.
This is the ruins of Bakong (part of the Roluos Group), built around 881ce, it includes 2 moats and 3 concentric enclosures. The inner enclosure contains the pyramid and surrounding brick towers.
In the last pic is my pilot Sergey @pilotserega784 on the left and the owner of @myfly.aero who is also named Sergey, standing in front of the plane just after we landed.
This was definitely an experience I will never forget.
Only a few certainties really exist in life, the most important of which is: Nothing is more simultaneously serene, adorable, and enchanting than watching fish swim... Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas... spotted eagle rays, one of my all-time favorite marine creatures.
We had worried that we might be too cold in our beds but we slept surprisingly well and only woke as the sun had already risen above the dunes. Breakfast was served outstide in the warming sunlight surrounded by the endless sand and blue sky. #saharadesert#glamping#visitmorocco#sahara#wanderlustplusone
