Today is Meal Prep Sunday!!!!! I made a ton of food for this week. I posted pictures of the @pinterest items I used. I made Steak Fajita Roll Ups, Southwestern Chicken Salad, Bow Tie Pasta with Artichoke Hearts and Olives, Pita Chips and some Cocoa Nibs. Super healthy!!!! Everything has fresh herbs, fresh veggies and I'm beyond excited to eat lunch tomorrow. This is probably going to be lunch and dinner since my portions are huge!! 😍 Get ya Pinterest on if you haven't. It literally saved me today. #mealprepsunday

I think I need to switch over to the patches after I finish up what I have. 3 calcium citrate chews, 2 multivitamins, B12, B1, Biotin, D3+K2, Iron --- and then for my own reasons I also take magnesium, spirulina, 2 fish oils, 2 elderberry, probiotic, vit C
Whew! That's a lot! But it all has a purpose. I've amped it up a bit this month with stuff for immunity since we are traveling and it's just that time of year. Anyway, I buy organic natural vitamins so I'm hesitant to swap to chemical laden alternatives, but I might have to. This is so daunting to swallow this many pills every day!
It doesn’t look special, but it definitely tastes it! This is coronation chicken salad, one of my favs. It’s a slightly sweet curry flavoured chicken salad. I’ll have this on cucumber slices for lunch tomorrow! Info on how I made this in my story.
I haven't weighed myself since August. I weighed in at 203. Today I went grocery shopping at publix and jumped on the scale there. I weighed in at 187🎉 it's such a surreal and awesome feeling because I haven't weighed under 200 in soo long 🤦🏽♀️ I even went back and got on the scale to make sure I wasn't tripping 😂 happy to know I'm still on the right track even tho I need to improve my routine and habits. Sigh... I should known better than to eat one of these. Got a little over half of the spicy kimchi one down (yeah I know, I really pushed my limits) and then a few min later felt nauseous, sweaty & a tightness in my chest like my blood pressure was running high or something. Threw up and the feeling started to subside. Guess @nzagaria gets these for gaming snacks.
