#WaffleWednesday 😋😋 These are vegan banana nut protein waffles! .
1/4 cup banana flour
2tbsp oat bran
1 small flax egg (1tsp flax + 1tbsp water)
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 sc protein powder
Lots of vanilla and cinnamon
2 packets of stevia
1tsp baking powder
Water for consistency .
Preheat waffle iron, make flax egg and set aside. Nic ACV and almond milk and set aside. Combine remaining dry ingredients in one bowl and remaining wet ingredients in another. After flax egg thickens and milk curdles (about 3 min) combine all ingredients adding water in 1 tbsp increments for consistency. I topped with half a small banana, frozen berries and 1/2 a tbsp watered down pb. 🙌🏽
