This was my first workout with my #gymboss timer and it is a game changer. Yes, I trained and completed a half marathon without one. I just looked at the time on my phone for the intervals. Now I can focus on my form and pay better attention to my surrounding while I run. I definitely recommend this product. It’s fairly inexpensive on Amazon.
Workout: 30 minute run/walk 🏃🏽♀️ Distance: 1.91 mi 💪🏽

Pace: 15:43 min/mi 🐢
Temp at finish: 45°F ❄️
Just shot a video showing and explaining the thru axle spacer issue that is apparently affecting a number of earlier released 2017 (V3) @wahoofitnessofficial KICKRs. @wahoofitnessofficial was awesome in getting a replacement spacer in my hands. The new spacer allowed for the correct use of thru axle frames (142mm in my case) on the trainer. Link to vid is in my bio. #wahoofitness#kickr#thruaxle
I did Tour de Ranges 30Km in 1hr 15mins which is about 8 mins quicker than last year.
The ride was hilly and undulating with nothing nasty to climb. Overall I am pleased with my effort and finished with my average speed at 24.5Km per hour. When I started cycling 18 months ago it I averaged 13Km per hour.
Fatigue is pretty bad today and that means getting through the day physically and mentally is demanding.
