I took a break yesterday, because I was detoxing all my cells! About to go workout...who is with me? Wherever you're at- yeah, even at work. Do as many pushups as you can in 30 seconds, 30 seconds of squats, and 30 seconds of high knee jogging; and if you have stairs- run up 5 floors during your next break! Don't be shy! I've gotten teased for doing pushups right there in my cubicle 😂- and I LOVE IT! Because I am inspiring, whether they know it or not. And if you can't squat, then sit in your chair and get up 30 times! JUST DO IT! Warming up. Bummed the frame was cut off! Slow warm ups have been what my body is feeling lately. I have been so busy between work and the SCFM slow mindful movements on my mat have been the perfect way to decompress from my day. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 #namaste
Yes I eat, sleep and breathe yoga. This is my daily morning reminder to get my body moving in some way everyday. Today I am awake to encouraging more people to put yoga on their daily/weekly to-do list. I have so many conversations with people who say I want to do yoga but I'm not flexible or I really want to try yoga but I don't know the poses or I'll start when .... Well guess what - that was me too. But I gotta say "drop the doubt - the hesitation - the tomorrow - and wake up and smell the poses TODAY! And to those that DO yoga take your practice somewhere new today and wake up a new found muscle.
So many opportunities to catch a class today and everyday @graceandgloryyoga. Lots of new options too.
