#quotd have you ever seen wall-e
Wall-E... my entry for Season 8 of the @national_joint_league #creativerolling competition. I came on as a "free-hand" style roller but have been exploring other methods. I used to think "mold" styles were easy. I could NOT have been more wrong. That is life right? It always seems easy from afar until your hands are trembling and your stressing all the hours you just spent could be wasted on something that didn't materialize............. Wall-E is my personal hero. He saves the earth & finds love 🌎❤️ Thank you for the support and please be sure to check in for the smoke sesh and vote this season! 🙏🏼#smokeableart#nationaljointleague#shinepapers#rawlife#cyclonesblakkwidow#zigzag#highhempwraps#WallE#girlswhoroll#paperqueen
What’s you favourite @pixar film? Mine is Wall-E. Here’s a pic of my own little robot right after I opened the lid of the box he was in 📦 I think he was a bit scared.

I was at the premiere screening of #CocoAtNovo last night and it was truly an experience. Thank you @novocinemas for the invite! You always make us feel so welcome!
Pixar has been one of my favorite creative organizations since forever and for good reason. Remember, #ToyStory and #WallE ? (among so many others) #Coco is an amazingly colorful, vividly scripted and brilliantly produced movie from #Pixar . Being someone who teaches Visual Communication, I am always amazed by what animation can do. And trust me when I say this, Coco is uncannily real (of course, unless you are a kid, you can differentiate that the elements are animated). The human elements to the skeletons (hint!) to the flowers to the brilliantly made "after world" - WOW!
Coco is a movie, a comical family-friendly one, about death. Highlight : Family - friendly! So, don't be freaked by "death". As the movie progressed, I heard adults and children laughing and applauding to the light-hearted plot that makes Coco, wholesome.
A more detailed version of this will be up on my blog (potpourriwithwords.wordpress.com) soon. Without giving away any spoilers, Coco is a must-watch. Irrespective of whether you are a buck-tooothed 5 year old or a pearly (or not!} 55 year old.
