Every weekend, I try to make something for Aaron to have for breakfast for the following week. He most often requests banana bread (or muffins). This is a particularly special banana bread. I just made my first #Yummy#Homemade#ProteinPowder .I know it contains just 5.5 gams of protein for 144 cal /serving but i believe it is a good start for me. Specially for morning in rush... anyway here's the exact ingredients if interested:

If you've had a meal at my house, there's a fair chance you've had this for pudding! I think it's delicious and it's super easy to make though you need to make it several hours before you eat it so the flavours can percolate (although I have been known just to scramble everything together when I've left it till the last minute!) As a 21st birthday present, a friend of someone I shared a house with at university, handwrote her a book of her favourite recipes. This is my adaptation of one of those recipes. I've always thought a handwritten book of favourite recipes is one of the best 21st presents you could give someone.
You can also find Omega-3 in broccoli, cauliflower & spinach, so include these at dinner; snack on walnuts; throw some flaxseeds or flaxseed oil in your salad; or add ground flaxseeds to your porridge in the morning!
