So it's that time of year for #topnine2017 here on Instagram!
While I had a huge improvement over last year, I know I can do an even better showing next year. The lack of paint is really telling and will be a big focus in 2018 for me - especially with my new paint setup and way less travel to do!
Thank you all for joining me on my journey through a terrible case of hobby ADD. Your comments and input help keep my drive to improve going!
So it begins. The battle for the underhive of necromunda
It’s What Did You Play Monday’s! I played Spheres of Influence for the first time last week! A Risk style area control and domination game. If you like Risk and want something a little meatier, I think this is a good step up.
Did you play anything new last week? Anything you’re looking forward to? Let me know in the comments and spread the word! #whatdidyouplaymondays @thechriscormier
Merry early christmas to me! 😂 Decided to go full nerd and travel back in time about 20 years to my figure painting youth. I've been thinking to get proper paint gear to the garage so I can start painting bikes but since I'm a bit rusty I thought why not start small and see where it gets me?
Here's another shot of various pieces. Modularity to support reconfiguring your battlefields is a core design tenant of our product. Included in this photo are a couple tall and short cover pieces, along with some platform and leg elements both assembled and disassembled.
It's worth noting that these pieces are comparable in weight to similar sized plastic pieces. We're going to a lot of effort to engineer our terrain to be stable and weighty, so they don't feel flimsy or prone to move on the table.
