Are your traps and neck tight?! I've done a couple of neck and upper shoulder massage videos in the past (check them out if you have not!) 💪🏽 Here's how to perform this Massage with the Pso-Rite !
1️⃣ Place the Pso-Rite in front of one or two yoga blocks or shoe boxes or books anything to get your head away from the wall. This will allow your head to lay back comfortably and not hit the wall
2️⃣ Lay your head back on to the blocks and press your shoulders into the Pso-Rite using your feet to apply just enough pressure that works for you.
3️⃣ Find the area that is tender and focus on breathing in and out from your diaphragm for 30-60sec. Then move your shoulders around and arms to find the another tender spot. 🔁 Repeat this back and forth. DM me with any questions.
