🏏The thing about fat loss is this --> most people want to know what's "good" and what's "bad." What's "healthy" and "unhealthy." "Right" and "wrong."
🍕Maybe we're talking about carbs. Good or bad? Healthy or unhealthy? Should we eat 'em or toss 'em out?
🍉Or maybe we're talking about sugar. Good or bad? Toxic or safe? Does fruit make you fat?
🍳Or maybe we're taking about eggs. Good or bad? Safe or dangerous? Healthy or unhealthy? The 'What the Health' documentary said eggs are worse than a pack of cigarettes so it must be true...right?
🍄Too much or too little of anything - even water - is bad for you. And that's why there is no such thing as a "good" or "bad" food.
☕️Because "health" isn't defined by a single thing you do or eat. Health is your lifestyle as a whole. Your diet and workouts and family life and work life and friends and hobbies and sleep and blah blah blah.
🦄Health is FAR more than what you eat in a single, stand-a-lone meal. Because remember...no one ever got skinny from eating a salad, just like no one ever got fat from eating donut. Health and fat loss and overall fitness success is about being moderate - not rigid - in your approach and finding what works best for YOU.
🌮Because I'll tell you what...life is entirely too damn short to be worrying over eating too much fruit. Or having a damn egg. Or eating some fucking pizza. Because truth is, if someone tries to shame you or make you feel bad in saying "healthy" means you can't ever have a treat...they have no idea what the flying fuck they're talking about.

Watermelon Sparkle Jelly... Super simple and absolutely delicious with that little something special for a birthday celebration ✨
2C chopped watermelon
6 sheets gelatin
1 tsp edible glitter (optional)
1. Blitz watermelon and water in a food processor until smooth.
2. Strain through a fine sieve to remove any pulp.
3. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for 5-7 minutes or until soft.
4. Transfer softened gelatin sheets to a small saucepan, squeezing any excess moisture away.
5. Heat gelatin sheets in saucepan until dissolved. Remove from heat.
6. Add the watermelon juice to the saucepan, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved and evenly distributed.
If using edible glitter, add to the saucepan and stir to combine.
7. Pour into jelly moulds or cups and refrigerate for 4 hours.

If you love watermelon and coconut, this is the drink for you. It is heavenly!
1 Cup cubed deseeded frozen watermelon
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Coconut and chocolate nibs for garnish
Blend all the above except the coconut and chocolate. The milkshake should have have a slushy, creamy consistency. Drink immediately!! - #regrann
